What are the chances of getting admitted for PhD in other conventional universities in Nigeria, if my Masters Degree was obtained from NOUN?

The course is just like every other comp.Sci course out there.your 100L will be combination of maths,phy,chem,bio,cit,and the almighty GST.
200L and above will boil down to GST,cit,and maths.you must be prepared for advance mathematics.
There's no lecture(but you'll be given course materials by the school)except for tutorials classes which are organised outside the school and i'll advice you to download engineering mathematics by K.A STROUD,otherwise,you'll have yourself to blame.the mathematics co-ordinator no get joy at all,i doubt if s/he will make heaven..
As for sch fees,just prepare between 75-80k for your first semester cos you'll be taking roughly 12 courses.

I know My Project Supervisor and have been corresponding with him online even though I'm not in Nigeria. I am in my last Chapter in my Project and will be done soon. He has been very helpful and I believe I will be done with the corrections in two weeks time.

However I dont know what to do once I'm done with the Project. How do I submit? Can someone do it for me? Am I to register Project on my Portal?

Do I still need to get in touch with my Study Centre? I'm not in Nigeria at the moment.
When you're done you have to take a copy to your study center to get the score sheet. After which you will be given the go ahead to print 4 copies. Yes someone can actually help you do all that.

NYSC Portal Fresh Registration For NYSC Exclusion Letters Collection
Click on ‘Fresh Registration’ which will redirect you to the next page (Initiate account Creation)
Fill in the required details and Click on ‘Continue’

We wish to inform you that the PORTAL REGISTRATION for 2019/2 have commenced and as well implore you to please don't make any payment till 3 July, because portal maintenance is still ongoing, to avoid uncredited payment issues

Not 1 binded copy, just 1 copy that you can actually spiral bind to show your student counsellor or anyone in charge if your formats are in order. After that you can proceed with your 4 copies.
You will need to take it to your supervisor.

There are different categories of NYSC certificate/letter to the graduates.
1- Discharge certificate
2- Exemption letter
3- Exclusion letter
Discharged certificate is for the graduates that made the compulsory one year service as corps member
Exemption letter, on the other hand is for the graduate who complete certain program from any higher institutions but didn't participate in NYSC one year program, case study Kemi Adeosu, study in abroad need exemption letter to work in any federal ministry
Exclusion letter,made the third categories,graduates from part-time program, long distance learning and form of irregular programme.NOUN fall to the third categories of NYSC letter
NYSC: Difference Between Exclusion Letter and Exemption Certificate
What Is NYSC Letter Of Exclusion?
Candidates who are always entitled to NYSC certificate of exclusion are people who are graduates but could not attend the regular programs in school. E.g Graduate from part time programmes, Sandwich, Long distance learning and so many other forms of irregular programs.
Content of exclusion letter:
Just like others nothing much on this letter than your name, picture, school, course of study and the reason for been excluded.
What Is NYSC Exemption Certificate all about and who is entitled to it?
An exemption certificate is issued to someone who by law could not participate in the NYSC scheme despite the fact that such person attended a regular program in a University or Polytechnic program and graduated. I said 'by law' which is from the below paragraph.
''In accordance with the National Youth Service Corps Decree 1993 section 2 subsection (1) it is stipulated that;
"With effect from 1st August, 1985, a person shall NOT be called upon to serve in the service corps if, at the date of graduation or obtaining his diploma or other professional qualification" :
• He is over the age of thirty (30) years
• He has served in the Armed Forces of the Federation or the Nigeria Police Force for a period of more than nine months; or
• He is a member of staff of any of the following:
o The Nigerian Security Organization or
o The State Security Service, or
o The National Intelligence Agency or
o The Defence Intelligence Service
• He has been conferred with any National Honour.
These categories of persons are therefore exempted from service and issued with the Certificates of Exemption.''
What Are The Procedures To Get NYSC Exemption Certificate?
With the newly introduced online enrollment for prospective corps members, it has now becomes so easy for an excepted graduate too. All you just need to do is to get yourself registered as appropriate between the stipulated time. Pay whatever may be the registration fees like others and supply the necessary information.
At the end of the registration, instead of you to be given a called up number, a message would be sent to you that you've been excepted to participate from the scheme that your certificate of exception would be sent to your school in a particular time. That means certificate of exception is to be given to you in your school of graduation.
Foreign students who are exempted would collect their exemption certificates in the NYSC directorate headquarters at the stipulated time communicated

I never knew people could be so worried about the looks and contents of the NYSC exemption certificate until my friend applied for it. Some candidates really want to know what and what are written on the certificate in terms of their personal details.

As you can see, nothing really much on it other than:
Candidate's name
Exemption number
Year
School
Reason for exemption.
Note: That if your exception is due to age, that means your real date of birth would be stated on the certificate for clarity. Therefore, any candidate with this kind of reasons might not be able to change their date of birth for any official purpose again.
