Governors don't type handover notes, that's the job of the SSG, HOS and Pam secs so he should have summoned them for facts and details, he's a lazy and incompetent man with zero reediness or any preparation for hard work on behalf of the people of Imo.

Btw, both men set up their own transition committee so where was his committee and what were they doing during the transition period? Sitting on their hands?

I don’t know if any of them had any handover commitee on Both sides or if Rochas in his almighty arrogance was even approachable so I can’t blame him bt i will say he shud have raised these complains before the actual handover sensing there was no committee interface since if his team were truely organized.

Both men set up their transition committees, bu the new governor wailing, complaining and refusing to work because of toilet today and handover note tomorrow is a lazy, thoughtless and incompetent man.

If this petty issue is a stumbling block and a grounding impediment preventing him from working, I don't see him overcoming the serious issues and challenges facing his people in Imo state.

Fact is, he came in with a petty and lazy mindset to pick up fight and drag his predecessor in the mud instead of working.
