Hollo lovelies, please a sister needs an urgent response. I want to know if anyone here has seen a study visa with a '' NO FURTHER VISA'' Conditon on it? Is true that study visa will be stamped 8503 condition? I have intrest in going for my Master but I am scared cus of ones future plan of going for a PR after graduation.

You have nothing to worry about. The condition won't be on your visa.

When writing to them, it has to be in a beseeching manner. Let them know it more than 51days of processing time as stipulated on their website.
Since your school commences on (21/06/2019 for example) that you need to know your fate as you are eagerly waiting to resume your studies.
You will appreciate if they can make a final decision on your application.

Like i earlier said, it could go your way or you end up shooting yourself in the foot.

You mean I can contact them to finalize my application and they will give me their verdict
How please?

In some cases, visitor visas and students sponsored by their home government do come with the No Further Stay Condition. And sometimes at the border, when they have doubt about anyone who is coming in on a business visas they do issue 8503 condition too.

If you are less than 33 - 30points
Positive assessment of your accounting degree Masters or Bsc - 15points
Test of English 10 or 20points depending on your score.
If you are able to claim at least 3years experience - 5points.
Your professional certification won't add any point.
From my analysis, the maximum point you can accumulate is 70points which is low for an ITA because the last round of invitation 90points was the minimum for accounting.
If you opt for masters, same thing applies just that you may add 5points for one or more Australian degree and additional 5points if you school in regional area.
In case you still wanna opt for masters, head to Tasmania there are many pathways to PR options.

From November it was stated there will be additonal points for those that study in regional areas, single or married.

You have a good standing but your SOP will play a vital role considering your undergraduate grade but certainly achievable. Are you seeking admission to AL1 schools?if that is the case,it will be a good one.uote author=becky4real post=78877931]

Why not patiently go through PR.

You want to go through the stress of schooling with your family away? The stress and emotional trauma of waiting for your family's dependent visa to join you is still there.

You have impeccable home ties, if you really do want to go. Have you considered the possibility of a PR when you finish, is your course on the skilled shortage list?

Is the point required not extremely competitive for you to stand a chance when you finish?

Please think it through, what happens after the two years?

Thanks my ppl for your swift response.

Yes the purpose of school is for PR after graduation
I am a school owner.
Not quite sure what they are looking for where they listed ''Child care manager''

considering my age, I thought going through school route will be better for me.
I only scored 65 points which may take ages to be selected or never will be.

should I apply with my family for the study visa? if yes the home tie may not be enough or what do you think will be a better deal for me please?

Thanks for your patience and kind responce in anticipation.

Hello everyone,

Please i need Clarification.

I have a BSc in Computer science ( 3rd class).
OND in computer science.
Worked for 5 years as social worker.

I want to apply to Australia school to study Msc Social work or graduate diploma social work but i have different information from agents.

My question is:
1. Are there schools that will give me admission to study ms social work or graduate diploma social work considering i have Bsc computer science ( 3rd class)?

2. What are my chances with visa processing? Because first degree is computer science and intend to study social work.

3. Do i need to do a 2 year program , because i only have tution for one year. I don't mind working but how possible is it to pay tution fee with part time job?

Affordable school recommendations will be good.

Thank you all.

After your MSc, you may be back to the same point. What was your bachelor's in, what do you intend to go for Msc in, is it on the skilled list. Schooling in AU in a REQUIRED SKIL COURSE IN regional area only adds between 10-15

1. You should check different Australian school portals to get this info. You'll find some schools whose admission requirements you meet.

2. This depends on how well you write your SOP in terms of stating the reason for deviation from your first degree.

3. Doing a two year program is not compulsory. However, doing less than a 2 year program means you won't be eligible to apply for an extra two years visa to work and gain experience after completing your program.

Hello

Please I will like to make inquiries cos I intend to go for my masters in Australia as I tried Canada study permit last year but was turned down.

1. How can I easily obtain a post graduate admission from an Australia university to study masters in electrical engineering
2. Do I need an IESLT exam as one of the requirements
3 I will like a brief exposure about how to walk through their visa application and all what I need to provide to apply for Australia visa...
4. What part of the year can I apply for admission to Australia school and how soon can I get a response

I think it will be best for you if you engage The services of an education agency.
They will guide you through the process including securing the admission for you at a cost.
I used one and now am waiting for my visa grant now but I think they help a lot.
I can link you to them if you wish.

Brothers,

Canada immigration has worn me apart as I have been waiting in the pool too long. I am now considering migrating to Australaia via Master in Business Analytics, in victoria university, maelbourne.

Interestingly this is a pathway to PR. but I just dont know much about Australaia. I am also unmarried, hope I can get with a decent 9ja babes there.

My motive is really that i want to quit my banking job and expand my horizon and take a doffrnet career path.

Kindly advice.

No cheap school in Australia, not even advanced diploma talkless of post graduate. Search for any school of your choice, check their requirements and apply, they will notify and direct you to their representative in case you are going to need one.
