You are not getting this picture clearly. Unless if she is a dunce, there is no way she will not insist on hospital delivery when she can pay the bills. It is her body!! No man will stop her from doing what she want as long as she can pay the hospital bill. Poverty is a disease that has ruined the mindset of this law graduate. Shame Shame Shame!!!

These are the men we love and marry. No matter ur worth, society will drum it to ur ears that u are worthless without that name"wife".
Many of them send their wives to the village once she is due for delivery.
If problem arises the lady will be blamed. Most of the reason I sometimes blame religion that made women feel valueless and worthless.
Infact.....I'm too angry to continue.

My brother, it was done to me, d man was educated was 10 yrs my senior, but my God was able only that he didn't lock me inside. But I struggled alone in pains in d dying minute B4 he finally came back to take me to d hospital a neighbor seeing my pains quickly cam & rushed me with him to FMC.

My nebor then was told to deliver like Hebrew women and this was a lady that her last child was 9 yrs already. Drs warned her about the implications but she refused.
Labour started and almost 24 hrs she was getting weaker without progress until the husband threatened her.
She was opened up without anaesthesia. So painful. The surprising fact was that the day i went to see the new born was when the pastor came. U hat to see what she gave this man.
The husband was outside fuming. Guy man was out of work then and she is the bread winner so what will he do.
He said the man no get any shame but do they?

The health workers that did the emergency surgery will surely get no reward from her!! But the Pastor prayer is still speaking...

We need orientation in this country. Nobody pray to a faulty Car. Likewise, nobody should pray to a faulty human body unless it is a confirmed spiritual attack which is very few...
Pastor often take their wives for Fibroid surgery but will encourage their followers to drink holy water so that the fibroid will shrink...

So she should have taken herself to the hospital when labour started no matter what abi what is your point? Should she go and live in the hospital before labour? How are you sure she did not register in a hospital throughout her pregnancy? Were you there to know what happened? Do you even know her story well enough to make such judgement? Meanwhile one bro was sick to death following the pastors teaching of faith healing. I tried to warn him but he told me off like I was the devil testing his faith. So I left him alone.

I'm not one to judge but he did this on purpose so he can later say his wife died during childbirth. Even uneducated people know better

Hypocrisy is a sin... People need to liberate themselves. Unless the sickness is a spiritual attack, which is very few, any illness should be seen by a Doctor!!

This is why I always advise ladies to preferably marry a rich person or at-least someone from a well exposed middle class (lower or upper). The only reason this lady died is because the man didn’t want to spend adequately to get her proper medical attention or it could just be that he can’t afford it. Regardless, the lady is dead and that child will never know the love of a mother.


My friend, married a poor man. Too bad I didn’t know her before she married the poor man. She’s a beautiful woman that could’ve had any partner she wanted but she didn’t know her worth.
Unfortunately, the man started beating her for the slightest provocation, her first daughter (4 years old) got sexually assaulted by unknown neighbor(s).

When she got pregnant with the second child, she got free antenatal but when it was time to give birth, the husband shipped her to the village and hired a cheap dirty local doctor. The second child died at birth and she almost lost her life.

Ladies, let them call you gold digger or whatever but never ever ever ever ever marry a poor person... marry a man that can atleast put food on the table for you and your children (2 atleast) and pay medical bills during child birth. He doesn’t have to own a mansion or fancy cars but he must be able to provide the basics for the household.

things can always change for the better or worse but wise up!

P.s. my friend is an hair dresser. She’s humble and very hard working and her meager income is what she’s been using to sustain her child and stupid husband (I call him stupid cos he beats her$. As a matter of fact, the reason I chose to become close to her was cos she was willing to spend the little income she made on me after I told her I was really starving and haven’t had anything to eat all day. She has a heart of Gold and would’ve been greater with the right man or right opportunity/circumstance.
