Nigerians have low expectations.

I guess 40 plus years of bad leadership and crooks in government has made us expect little.

Even if I hate his party, I must not fail to commend Mr Ambode. His giant strides in Lagos is there for all to see.
Enjoy your rest the great achiever. I only hope other governors irrespective of party, religious and ethnic affiliations can do as much as you've done.
Because it's only Airport road we have in Lagos abi

Lagos would have been like Kampala, Cape Town or Johannesburg but criminal cabal wants to continue to suck lagos dry with his daughter.

I know some Yorubas are waiting for thiefnubuu to drop dead so that they will tell his family enough is enough. You people met lagos in 1999. Not 1812

Rochas wanted to follow that pact but we served him a bitter taste of his own medicine. I guess he can now go back to Northern part of the country where his father is from, to form godfatherism.
We are Yorubas and quite different from you and your race. We are not daft and stupid to throw away what we have and become a race without leaders. Tinubu is not perfect but show me someone to compare with him in entire Igbo states. Just one politician from 1999 of Igbo extraction that could be compare with him especially in human development and entrenching consistent development of Lagos. They all stolen from their state treasuries but failed to show a semblance of development. We are keeping what we have till we get a better person of his calibre and his fighting spirit. I wondered why you don't talk about your leaders in Yeast side but dying on Western issues. Time will come for your likes.

There shouldn't be sands on the walkway... They gotta tile everything up! These roads look too good to be ruined and degraded by those Sandy walkways!
We see foreign countries forgodsake,,, even the poor ones still find a way to get rid of the sandy views on the streets and sideways... Maybe with grasses, be it synthetic, real grasses or other means. Stuff like that make us look local and further label us as a fukking third world country.

There were roads that needed utmost priority and Ambode ignored them. Airport road was still okay and easily accessible as compared to many other roads in Lagos, including Oshodi where he felt building whatever he is building around it is more important than sorting out the traffic in the area. Poor road networking is also another major problem in Lagos.

AutoReportNG:
Fast forward to 2019, the dreams and vision of the former governor finally come into place even though it was rushed but it's far better than nothing.

2 weeks since Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode handover over to Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu. Mr. Sanwo-Olu has been doing his best to live up to expectations and so far, it has been thumbs up Sanwo... AutoReportNG decided to revisit the Lagos-Airport Road which was commissioned by Pres. Buhari on 23rd April 2019 as we bring to you some exclusive images of the road, the painting and the night view of this road.

We are yet to know how much this road costs in the actual sense as LASG is yet to assent to the FOI bill.
I thought the FOI bill was already passed and already received assent at Abuja?

I'm telling you.
We,ve been deprived of good things so long by these evil people in government, that we celebrate mediocrity....that is a road that leads to the airport,go to small Ghana and see the quality of the roads to their airport.

Then i guess its imposible then. Lagos is running continuity govt nd who is in charge to maintain this? Tinubu.
Some Governors are ready to do trash bt who is there to checkmate and correct them.

Yes, you will hardly see such nuisance godfather here in the South East, we are not leading in Education in Nigeria for nothing.
I guess our leaders made mistake by investing heavily on Education on us for decades. We would've been like you people acting like zombies following a thief like a zombie
