Do you guys want to hear the truth? I have written down in this forum the wrong and right approach towards dreams before.

I sense that God is not glorified in the way you guys are interpreting. I gave example of Daniel in the Bible. I distinguished between seeking to get your dreams interpreted all the times, which is so wrong, and seeking to do the will of God. Although Daniel interpreted dreams, he sort only to do the will of God and He was filled with the Spirit of God.

Now I will show you the pitfall in you guys method. God as you know him, the FATHER, is not living on earth. This may sound like heresy, but wait a second, is the Holy Spirit not God? God is here with us through His Spirit. He lives in us. Once the Holy Spirit lives in you, dream becomes secondary because the oga Himself lives in us. We can pray and cancel dreams, change lives and destinies in JESUS name.

You guys sees gbomogbomo, evil spirits, charms, flying in dreams, as bad omen. YOU GUYS WILL FEEL SO SILLY IF GOD GIVES YOU THE SPIRIT OF DISCERNMENT. The earth is full of evils spirits everywhere and angels. You rub shoulders with evil spirits all the times without knowing. We should be conscious of God's power and be happy and to continually praise Him, and ask for HIS will. You guys spend time discussing about eating food in the dream.

I bet if I bring a demonic possessed person for you guys to deliver, you would run away, saying its a witch. But check bible, we kill witches today, but the early disciples deliver people, cast out devils, burn magic books and charms.

Hello SISTER, truth of the matter is before I interprete dream I pray and ask God first... that is seeking His will. From the first day I saw your post I prayed and asked God, just that I am writing my final master degree exams, I could not respond. The lord minister to me that the prophetess have no blame in this matter. She of course, told you that you could sometimes see people's faces, but becareful not to come to quick conclusion. There is nothing wrong sharing your dream with her, life is not precise mathematics. We sometimes need to satisfy our doubts or curiosity. However it is your own very relative, a woman, whose hands are not clean is responsible for what you saw. Your walk with God does not pleases her. Please do not pray to kill witch now that I told you, please simply bind the devil or pray for the salvation and deliverance of everybody. You are of course doing fine, no need to worry about any agitated spirits, they are under your feet in Jesus name.

i've noticed this phenomenom too. True Christlike christian love is rare. Love is pain. Carrying another person's burden is uncomfortable. In the area of love most are shallow nd hav no deep roots.

If we as Christian can't help others find the light in Christ, then we have failed woefully in our duties as Christians. It is our duty to preach this gospel and show the part of light to those wallowing in darkness and the bondage of Satan. The core tenet of Christianity is love and if we don't have that love in our hearts, then Christ is not living in us.

I shared this sometime ago on the thread.. Cannot remember the exact page. But the Lord asked me that question in a vision.

He said "What is significant about the year 2020"...
Then He said "River Afra"

I didn't understand what He meant at that time, but after some biblical research (after some years) I learnt that Afra was "Aphra" in the book of Micah.

Aphra is related to "dust". To understand this one would have to read Micah 1. Oprah/Aphrah is "Dust"..

And "River Aphra" is "River of Dust"... Meaning Plenty deaths or "Worldwide deaths"...linked with sorrow and pain.

I do not yet know how this is to happen and which particular place or country this will begin from.

I pray the Lord will show me before the time. Perhaps prayers can avert this.

I dreamt that a woman, a prophetess actually, who had prayed for me the day before, gave me something to swallow in my dream (the night of the day she prayed for me). I didn't want to take it but she continued to prod me by opening my mouth with one hand, and using the bottle in the other hand to widen my mouth (like when you're giving a child a herbal mixture).

The content: it was gel-like and slippery. To describe it better, it looked exactly like what you wash off a snail, (I think snail spit). That slippery stuff on snail skin you try to get rid of with alum.

The taste: it wasn't tasteless. It tasted like there was salt in it.


After I swallowed the content in the bottle, a group of 4 men came to take me away from the woman (the prophetess). They didn't want me associating with her.

She tried to fight them but was outnumbered.

I did tell her over the phone this morning about the dream. She asked me if I was very sure it was her I saw. She then said it could be that evil people took on her face to mask their identity. She also said it could be that what she gave me in the dream is something that will translate to joy. That is, " o n yo bi ayo" (in yoruba language). Meaning "it's slippery like joy". She then proceeded to pray for me.

Should I be worried?

My dear . You are already worried that's why you put this dream down here. And being worried is a good sign. It shows your spirit man is affected by this and nudging you to act.

First of all, you said this woman prayed for you before you had this dream. Did she lay hands on you? I guess she must have.

This dream shows how much God loves you and has revealed the intent of this person. No one wore her face. She is the one in the dream that God is exposing.

She praying for you and you having this dream of her giving you a strange liquid forcefully shows she's a "Witch" trying to initiate you into witchcraft, or attaching you to a demonic entity.


The Lord does not want you associating with her that's why He sent His angels to separate you from her.
You have to be very careful, stop telling this woman everything.

No one can force someone to drink or eat, except witches and demons. God cannot even force a person to do anything he/she doesn't want (except in areas of disciplining His children to save them).

And what she told you about "joy" is not so.

The Lord simply wants you to dissociate yourself from that woman. It's as simple as that.

I go through this thread everytime, read people's comments, contributions and revelation, I feel inspired each time. Through this thread I learnt a lot. I have learnt more on this thread than in any other thread created on nairaland or even in some websites I visit. But then I remember the encounter I had with some contributors on this thread and I get sad.

There was a time I was in need of very deep spiritual help. I didn't know where to start, I was confused, I wasn't close to Christ at the time, I had no spiritually mentor and the church I attended didn't believe in spiritual warfare, my friends were carnally minded, they will just think am insane if I narrated my experience to them. I couldn't narrate my experience to my family because it will get them more worried and I didn't want that. It was as though I was drowning with no one in site to help.

Then I found this thread, it was as if I stumbled on a gold mine, I believed all my problems were over. I still believe God led me here.
I reached out to some contributors here privately because I didn't want to narrate long stories online. I was very desperate, I needed spiritual guidance . I knew the devil was after my life, I was seeing myself lost in the dream and surrounded by the dead. I knew it was just a matter of time before that will happen.

When I got a reply from some contributors I sent a pm to, I was very happy , I felt my problems were over. In the cause of my interacting with them, I discovered that some had no interest in helping me, some helped for awhile and ignored me, others just judged me or ignored me completely. Some helped.
I was sad and disappointed but I thank God for mfm, God really used the church to do wonders in my life.

In the cause of my interactions with some "good" Christians, I discovered some of us lacked genuine Christian love in our hearts. We profess that we love God sing and pray all the time, we even go for evangelism but deep inside is hate, selfishness and judgemental thoughts.

It doesn't matter if the person is the worst sinnner, or of a different denomination or religion as you. God has a reason for bringing strangers our way.
Maybe it's through you the person will receive salvation.
Imagine what would have happened had it been Ananaias ignored Paul.
If you cannot love and help those in need , how can you claim to love God?


Let's all always meditate on 1 Corinthians 13:1 " though I speak with the tongues of men and angels, but have not love, I have become as sounding brass or clanging cymbal ".

We have to love deeper and help one another better.
But also realise this, the moment when Satan knows that the next brother or sister would be used to help you, he will fight those people.

I remember what happened to me sometime at the university.. God had shown me a particular course mate of mine was about to get initiated into Witchcraft by Satan, but in the same dream I tried to help him and warn him but Satan was pressing me down on the bed and before I could reach out to him he had already answered Satan's call.

This played out exactly the way I dreamt it.
I planned telling this guy about the dream and warn him not to sleep with any girl. But that day I was driven out of the class (during an examination) because I had not paid my school fees for the semester. I was so depressed and overwhelmed with sadness, that I didn't even bother talking to the guy about it

The next two days I went to his hostel room to inform him, before I finished speaking he broke out in tears and demanded to know when I had the dream. He was so scared he put his shirt on and started to run out of the room to go see his pastor.

I asked him what was that. He said he just broke his virginity to a girl two days ago, and he knew/suspected that she was a witch.

I felt very guilty

You see how Satan works.. He puts stumbling blocks in the way of people that God will use to help a person. This thing causes delays in blessings. It's the same thing that happened to Daniel when the prince of Persia withheld angel Gabriel from delivering his blessings to him (Daniel).


So you must pray that whomsoever God will use to help you, let God save the person from the hands of the enemy so that you can be helped through that person.


When I started this thread, I received numerous mails.. some mails would just disappear mysteriously. And something's will begin to happen to prevent me from replying mails or even coming here.


But I thank God for the victory after all the drama.

Now the Lord told me that He was happy with the work done here and the ministry He called me into. But He said He would like me to dig deeper. That requires lots of sacrifice, and that has cost me some absence here.


I feel so very refreshed reading your write-up that all this work was truly not in vain.

This world is coming to an end, whether anyone likes it or not. The world is dying.



I remember the Lord spoke to me so many years back when I was quite younger. He asked me ‘What is significant about the year 2020’? And then He answered ‘The River Aphrah'.



I did not understand what He meant all these years. Some prophecies are so difficult to unlock because they have been reserved to be known only when their fulfillment time approaches.
But at the same time, God wants us to find things out by studying His word and drawing closer to Him.




When you do not understand a dream or say a word of prophecy, search the scriptures, study and ask God. For it is the glory of God to conceal a matter, and the glory of Kings to search out that matter. Proverbs 25:2



And so after so many years of pondering, studying and searching and asking God, my spiritual understanding became opened to this prophecy. I used to think that the ‘Aphrah’ God was talking about was a physical river (Afra) on this earth in Bangladesh. But now I realized that ‘Afra’ is actually ‘Aphrah’, mentioned once in the Bible by the prophet Micah in the book of Micah 1:10.



Micah was giving a prophecy from God; talking about the house of Aphrah rolling themselves in the dust. This was an act usually done by ancient people as a sign of mourning. Aphrah itself means ‘dust’. I never saw this in the Bible. I was amazed.


Now the prophecy God gave me is in connection with God’s word in the book of Micah, a hint for me to understand the mystery behind the prophecy.



River Aphrah isn’t about a river. But River Aphrah being the significant thing to happen in the year 2020 means that in the year 2020 there will be a great mourning and death in the world.


Prophetically,
River/Aphrah = Plenty or World death/mourning (and any other dreadful things that will cause great mourning and suffering in the earth).
I will not go into details on this.



I do not know what would stir a dreadful event to happen in the year 2020. Maybe a war, maybe some pestilence. I do not know. It might happen in some parts of the world or even in all parts of the world. But it will be a great occurrence, one that the world has never seen before. This prophecy was given to me so many years back, say 10 years ago or more, not very certain. But it’s meaning has just been given now.



This prophecy is given so that we can be on guard. Be watchful. Be steadfast in God. Be strong in faith and realize now that this world is not our HOME.



Spend time with God. Have a daily scheduled appointment with God.
We are becoming too careless with our lives, forgetting why we are in this world and where we ought to be after this world.



No one forgets to brush their teeth or have their bath in a day. But why do we forget to find time to pray to God or read our Bibles? It should be inculcated within us to spend time with God everyday. There's no time for playing around. Jesus could come at any moment, and He will come when the world least expects it. That would be in a time of great sin of course. No one would want to be left behind in this corrupt world but what are doing about it?



When you have an upcoming examination, do you not prepare and study well so that you can pass that exam in flying colours. That is the same way we ought to prepare for the coming of our Lord Jesus.



Yes, We are imperfect but the strive for perfection must continue. Philippians 3:12



If we know how to create schedules for work activities and other self activities, we should put it in our schedule to also create time for God. The world is running at a fast rate, it seems like someone just fast forwarded the time on the clock. Every day goes by so fast. Or perhaps, It is sin and so much worldly activities that has caused this to happen. We are now in the middle of the year, when the year only began yesterday.



Sin has a huge effect not only on us but on the world we live in. On the earth.


In the beginning, when Cain killed Abel, the earth opened up HER mouth to take in Abel's blood. This alone would automatically create a curse on Cain, which God later came to reiterate to Him. Cain was cursed of the earth. Genesis 4:11



When God and His two angels visited Abraham. He told Abraham that He was on His way to Sodom and Gomorrah to see if the cry from the city was really in the measure of the sin committed there. Genesis 18:20-21.
Abraham began to beg God with great efforts that He should spare Sodom and Gomorrah if He found just ten righteous people in that city. Apparently, there were fewer than ten people in the city for God destroyed the city, saving only Lot and his family. #sigh. You know the rest of the story.



Creation cries out to God. Sin puts us in bad position with God. Have you ever wondered why the earth and all of creation cry out to God? Isaiah 24:5-6,

Romans 8:20-23 tells us ‘For we know that the whole of creation has been groaning and travailing in pain together as in the pains of childbirth even until now. The earth is subjected (in bondage) because of the defilement and sin of mankind.


In the beginning, there was a cleansing of the earth (the flood). In these times, there will be a filtering (the rapture).


This can happen at any time. Best to be on God’s side before this takes place.



I have decided not to allow worldly activities take out much of my time anymore. Sometimes I wonder how I became so much involved in working so hard for this world and working lesser for God. How did that even happen in the first place? Well, it’s not hard to see. It’s a strategy satan has put in place to make the world difficult to live in. So to live comfortably, one must work hard. And working hard usually tends to mean spending less time with God. So we procrastinate things when it comes to God.



Satan has filled this world up with sin, chaos, violence, worldly knowledge and I don’t care attitudes.



Almost every Kid now at say the age of 8yrs old already knows how to operate an ipad or a smart phone. But how many of those kids know where the book of John is in the Bible? How many know their bibles so well as their smart phones? What are we teaching our kids? Are we saving them or killing them?




Many adults are so regular and punctual on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat etc. If it’s not the latest DP today, it would be something else the next day. They spend so much time exposing their personal lives to the world. All for what purpose? Have you spent that much time with Jesus or preaching about Him?



God will ask these questions on that great day.


Everyone seems to be always busy. We are always busy, always in a rush, forgetting that our very existence is for God and not to be busy for this world.



I urge everyone of us to find some time in our daily lives to dedicate to God. Find time to speak to Him. He is your Father for Pete’s sake and He is the very reason you are here on earth. Pick up your bible and read it. Let it not depart from you. (Joshua 1 vs 8. It will help you and not kill you.



Sometimes we wonder why we no longer hear God speak to us. Well, you got your answer.
It’s because we prefer to waste our time on baseless activities and ignore the things that concern God.




Look, when you sin you should ask God for forgiveness and repent from sin. Do not make that sin a habit and do not hold a guilty feeling in your heart for God will forgive you. But when you commit habitual sin you expose yourself to evil forces of darkness. Creation cries out against the sins of man. You will delay the blessings of God from coming to you. And not only will satan argue in God’s presence to bring you to condemnation, but you would have opened yourself to a strongman demon.



The work of the strongman is to keep you in that sin. Hence, the name strongman comes from the demon’s duty, to stand strong in a person’s life and keep them in their habitual sin no matter how they struggle to come out of that sin. Sin that makes you a worldly genius, always busy and never spending time with God or even your family. Sin of any type. God wants you out of it.




The Lord wants me to tell us at this moment as I type this that if you are homosexual here, please quit homosexuality and run fast to Him. There are s*x demons on a rampage to bring people to their knees in sin. The homosexual spirit is a terrible and subtle one and it will tear this world apart bit by bit. Desist from such sin.





Just this morning. God showed me a revelation of some people escaping from the prisons of terrible demons, (the Strongman kind of demons). These people already tried to escape several times but were caught and tortured. But this time around, God gave them grace and wisdom so they could they escape.



Escaping was very difficult because the territory of the enemy was a in a very high mountainous ground. Their enemies were gigantic (giants) in size and beastly in nature. So this time around, they gained spiritual knowledge from God and learnt how to fly, outsmarting their enemies.



On that very night, they first overcame the lesser demons in the prison rooms (killing them), and flew up high in the sky, far away, going to where the rest of the saints were awaiting them. But the strongest of the demons later realized they had escaped and flew after them in a hot pursuit.



As they approached their destination, they could see the saints on the ground waiting for them with happiness written all over their faces. The demon was still behind them. The remaining saints watched the demon in the sky chasing after one of their own (the saints on the run). So they all stood straight with drawn swords, ready to battle the demon as they touched ground.





If you are here and you do not believe in anything of the spirit realm or you don’t believe that there is a Kingdom of Heaven and a Kingdom of Darkness, then I really feel sorry for you.



No one can force you to give your life to Jesus Christ, we can only pray for you and urge you to repent and give your life to Jesus, so that like Paul you come to realize that Jesus is indeed the Saviour of this world.

God has been talking to me more and more about this. This really troubles me. The year 2020 is going to be a very significant one. I will share God's message about this tribulation tomorrow. The Great Tribulation is near. Let He who is not in Christ find their place in Jesus Christ now. Jesus will come like a thief when no one least expects. Revelation 16:15


Some will still be planning for ten years or for their marriages, some will be planning to travel etc. People will be so busy with their many plans and appointments, and Jesus will just show up. BOOM! Just like that! It's good to have plans, but the ultimate plan is preparing for the coming of Jesus Christ. Let us be very careful. This world is not our home.

I love this write-up. I just couldn't ignore it.
You're right about everything.

We have to love deeper and help one another better.
But also realise this, the moment when Satan knows that the next brother or sister would be used to help you, he will fight those people.

I remember what happened to me sometime at the university.. God had shown me a particular course mate of mine was about to get initiated into Witchcraft by Satan, but in the same dream I tried to help him and warn him but Satan was pressing me down on the bed and before I could reach out to him he had already answered Satan's call.

This played out exactly the way I dreamt it.
I planned telling this guy about the dream and warn him not to sleep with any girl. But that day I was driven out of the class (during an examination) because I had not paid my school fees for the semester. I was so depressed and overwhelmed with sadness, that I didn't even bother talking to the guy about it

The next two days I went to his hostel room to inform him, before I finished speaking he broke out in tears and demanded to know when I had the dream. He was so scared he put his shirt on and started to run out of the room to go see his pastor.

I asked him what was that. He said he just broke his virginity to a girl two days ago, and he knew/suspected that she was a witch.

I felt very guilty

You see how Satan works.. He puts stumbling blocks in the way of people that God will use to help a person. This thing causes delays in blessings. It's the same thing that happened to Daniel when the prince of Persia withheld angel Gabriel from delivering his blessings to him (Daniel).


So you must pray that whomsoever God will use to help you, let God save the person from the hands of the enemy so that you can be helped through that person.


When I started this thread, I received numerous mails.. some mails would just disappear mysteriously. And something's will begin to happen to prevent me from replying mails or even coming here.


But I thank God for the victory after all the drama.

Now the Lord told me that He was happy with the work done here and the ministry He called me into. But He said He would like me to dig deeper. That requires lots of sacrifice, and that has cost me some absence here.


I feel so very refreshed reading your write-up that all this work was truly not in vain.

The purpose of this thread remains the same. To expose the works of darkness mainly, and to bring people into the Light of Jesus Christ. This world is coming to an end, whether anyone likes it or not. The world is dying.



I remember the Lord spoke to me so many years back when I was quite younger. He asked me ‘What is significant about the year 2020’? And then He answered ‘The River Aphrah'.



I did not understand what He meant all these years. Some prophecies are so difficult to unlock because they have been reserved to be known only when their fulfillment time approaches.
But at the same time, God wants us to find things out by studying His word and drawing closer to Him.




When you do not understand a dream or say a word of prophecy, search the scriptures, study and ask God. For it is the glory of God to conceal a matter, and the glory of Kings to search out that matter. Proverbs 25:2



And so after so many years of pondering, studying and searching and asking God, my spiritual understanding became opened to this prophecy. I used to think that the ‘Aphrah’ God was talking about was a physical river (Afra) on this earth in Bangladesh. But now I realized that ‘Afra’ is actually ‘Aphrah’, mentioned once in the Bible by the prophet Micah in the book of Micah 1:10.



Micah was giving a prophecy from God; talking about the house of Aphrah rolling themselves in the dust. This was an act usually done by ancient people as a sign of mourning. Aphrah itself means ‘dust’. I never saw this in the Bible. I was amazed.


Now the prophecy God gave me is in connection with God’s word in the book of Micah, a hint for me to understand the mystery behind the prophecy.



River Aphrah isn’t about a river. But River Aphrah being the significant thing to happen in the year 2020 means that in the year 2020 there will be a great mourning and death in the world.


Prophetically,
River/Aphrah = Plenty or World death/mourning (and any other dreadful things that will cause great mourning and suffering in the earth).
I will not go into details on this.



I do not know what would stir a dreadful event to happen in the year 2020. Maybe a war, maybe some pestilence. I do not know. It might happen in some parts of the world or even in all parts of the world. But it will be a great occurrence, one that the world has never seen before. This prophecy was given to me so many years back, say 10 years ago or more, not very certain. But it’s meaning has just been given now.



This prophecy is given so that we can be on guard. Be watchful. Be steadfast in God. Be strong in faith and realize now that this world is not our HOME.



Spend time with God. Have a daily scheduled appointment with God.
We are becoming too careless with our lives, forgetting why we are in this world and where we ought to be after this world.



No one forgets to brush their teeth or have their bath in a day. But why do we forget to find time to pray to God or read our Bibles? It should be inculcated within us to spend time with God everyday. There's no time for playing around. Jesus could come at any moment, and He will come when the world least expects it. That would be in a time of great sin of course. No one would want to be left behind in this corrupt world but what are doing about it?



When you have an upcoming examination, do you not prepare and study well so that you can pass that exam in flying colours. That is the same way we ought to prepare for the coming of our Lord Jesus.



Yes, We are imperfect but the strive for perfection must continue. Philippians 3:12



If we know how to create schedules for work activities and other self activities, we should put it in our schedule to also create time for God. The world is running at a fast rate, it seems like someone just fast forwarded the time on the clock. Every day goes by so fast. Or perhaps, It is sin and so much worldly activities that has caused this to happen. We are now in the middle of the year, when the year only began yesterday.



Sin has a huge effect not only on us but on the world we live in. On the earth.


In the beginning, when Cain killed Abel, the earth opened up HER mouth to take in Abel's blood. This alone would automatically create a curse on Cain, which God later came to reiterate to Him. Cain was cursed of the earth. Genesis 4:11



When God and His two angels visited Abraham. He told Abraham that He was on His way to Sodom and Gomorrah to see if the cry from the city was really in the measure of the sin committed there. Genesis 18:20-21.
Abraham began to beg God with great efforts that He should spare Sodom and Gomorrah if He found just ten righteous people in that city. Apparently, there were fewer than ten people in the city for God destroyed the city, saving only Lot and his family. #sigh. You know the rest of the story.



Creation cries out to God. Sin puts us in bad position with God. Have you ever wondered why the earth and all of creation cry out to God? Isaiah 24:5-6,

Romans 8:20-23 tells us ‘For we know that the whole of creation has been groaning and travailing in pain together as in the pains of childbirth even until now. The earth is subjected (in bondage) because of the defilement and sin of mankind.


In the beginning, there was a cleansing of the earth (the flood). In these times, there will be a filtering (the rapture).


This can happen at any time. Best to be on God’s side before this takes place.



I have decided not to allow worldly activities take out much of my time anymore. Sometimes I wonder how I became so much involved in working so hard for this world and working lesser for God. How did that even happen in the first place? Well, it’s not hard to see. It’s a strategy satan has put in place to make the world difficult to live in. So to live comfortably, one must work hard. And working hard usually tends to mean spending less time with God. So we procrastinate things when it comes to God.



Satan has filled this world up with sin, chaos, violence, worldly knowledge and I don’t care attitudes.



Almost every Kid now at say the age of 8yrs old already knows how to operate an ipad or a smart phone. But how many of those kids know where the book of John is in the Bible? How many know their bibles so well as their smart phones? What are we teaching our kids? Are we saving them or killing them?




Many adults are so regular and punctual on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat etc. If it’s not the latest DP today, it would be something else the next day. They spend so much time exposing their personal lives to the world. All for what purpose? Have you spent that much time with Jesus or preaching about Him?



God will ask these questions on that great day.


Everyone seems to be always busy. We are always busy, always in a rush, forgetting that our very existence is for God and not to be busy for this world.



I urge everyone of us to find some time in our daily lives to dedicate to God. Find time to speak to Him. He is your Father for Pete’s sake and He is the very reason you are here on earth. Pick up your bible and read it. Let it not depart from you. (Joshua 1 vs 8. It will help you and not kill you.
