i don't know Wat a bootloader is,i bought the phone fairly used without any problems,infact I told the previous owner not to do the factory settings cos I saw slot of application on it. Please Wat is the solution

If you still have a way to contact the previous owner, kindly do and ask about the bootloader status when he sold it to you.

Normally when you boot up your phone do you see anything like unlocked at the bottom of the phone?

I have fixed soft brick before be patient more people will respond

Also was the phone rooted?

Your bootloader is unlocked, it's fixable. Do you have access to a laptop? And what happens when you press and hold the power button for like 10 secs?

I installed PES2019 mobile in my infinix S4, only to discover that the players in the game were FLYING on their own

Who else has this problem or know the cause
