The government should lead by example and citizens will generally fall in line.

But when we have a state governor severally filmed pocketing hard currency winning a re-election, ostensibly left alone to alter his forefathers' traditions for selfish political gain, being pampered by the powers in Ask Rock, what kind of citizens do you think we are breeding?
