Somebody update today, Chinese version with Global rom, everything go well. Now na to advise all note 5 users to pause first with the update.

Please oh I have a question that needs urgent reply.
If I download a new gcam from a different mod and I uninstall the previous one so I can install the new one, will all my pictures taken with the previous GCAM be deleted too??

No. The pictures won't be deleted and you don't even need to delete the old gcam. Both of them can work independently.

No, they're already saved on your phone storage and no longer connected to the app. And like someone stated, you don't even need to uninstall. I use about 4 different mods, they all have their strengths and weaknesses

Hi guys, my RN5 is behaving in a very funny way. I updated the android version to 9.0 on saturday. Today, I wanted to create space on my phone and I ignorantly deleted the folder android on my internal storage.
My phone started hanging. When I restarted it, my phone failed to pop and boot beyond the xiaomi logo. I then had to wipe all the data on the phone and restore to factory settings.
This again did not solve the problem. Please, techies, what can I do.

You shouldn't have deleted your android folder, the ripple effects is like deleting the windows folder or a kernel inside there. You should have better sacrificed some media files or you get an OTG Flash to keep some stuffs.

Hope the phone didn't brick. If it didn't try reflashing the ROM

You can chill if you wish but I have done mine since Friday and it has no major issues. The battery life is excellent, better picture quality, etc
