Good morning all, I’m new here, I don’t even know how to post properly. I hope this works.
This is my predicament, I applied for PR in Feb, 2018 through an agency (Canadian agency), they handled my application and had total control of my profile. I was in communication with them via email and phone to follow up on my application. Unfortunately I was never informed of the passport request that was said to have been sent for the issuance of my visa. I was only made aware of this letter when another letter was sent stating that my application was canceled because I never responded to the passport request email. There excuse was that they never got an email notification and when they eventually saw the letter the deadline for submission has passed. They claimed they submitted CSE to request an extension, meanwhile I was never notified of all these developments until the rejection letter was sent.
I have written directly to CIC detailing what happened and asking them to pls reopen my application. The application was made 2 months ago up till now I haven’t heard from them.
The GURUS in the house what do you suggest I do
Pls house treat as VERY URGENT.
Thanks.

Are you sure the so called Canadian agency isn't giving you zobo like this? Plus since you paid them to handle the whole thing and they missed it due to their incompetence, shouldn't you be asking for a full refund?

Seems your file landed in Accra, is it?

johnnybravo1990:
I just got an ADR(Additional Document Request).

1. I need to provide pay slips and bank account statement statements highlighting salary deposited of 3 places I have worked for. I know I can easily get payslips of only two of these places which are private establishments in the city where I currently live; these two places can even make up for 3 years of experience already. Should I bother trying to get the payslips for the third place which is a large federal institution, knowing I will have to travel for this, and there will be plenty bureaucracy involved along with monetary expenses that will be incurred?

For the pay slips, do I need to get for all the months I worked, or just a few, say 6months?

2. I’m seeing something like Schedule A Background Declaration form(IMM5696). Abeg how they do that one? Where do I get the forms

3. Also there is Additional Family Information Form(IMM5646). What do I do here? Where do I get the forms also?

Please your advice is needed urgently.

Sounds a lot like the handwork of AVO. In any case, PPR is close cheesy
1. Get the payslips you can get and put in LOE for the one you can't but ensure you get the bank statement for that one. Of you can, get for the full duration of work (bank statement and payslips), if it won't be possible to get all the payslips, six months is a pretty good number.
2&3. Topsmame.n has already provided this. I just want to add; ensure you access your e-Apr forms first before filling the forms. Make sure the details are an exact replica of each other.

4. Most importantly, start drafting the PPR announcement grin

Anything can happen. Maybe you should resend emails to IRCC and raise CSEs. As suggested, you can email Ralph Goodale as well. I pray you get a favorable response.

I have no idea where my file is. I sent a CSE some weeks ago to ascertain the progress of my application and to know which office is handling the application, but the reply didn't tell me which office is handling it. They only told me my application is in progress and that I would be contacted should they need more documents from me.

They won't, I should think. I had other employments I stated only in my personal history and which I knew it would be almost impossible to get a reference letter for. And my present ADRs hasn't asked for bank statements or pay slips of those employments. However, these visa officers can be unpredictable.

OK then... PPR is close, but your adr smacks of AVO trademark.

Hi E-fam, please I requested a remark with idp and copied Australia but I didn't receive any acknowledgement not even an automated one. Is this normal?

This is the email address I used idpieltsaustralia@idp.com
I hope it correct.

Is there any other way to follow up with the remark.
