Try straining out the first water, after boiling for like 10mins.
what you do next depends on the style of noodles you want to prepare .

What i usually do is parboil the noodles.......seive the first water, fry oil, add all my ingredients, add a liitlw water to the fried ingredients, then add my noodles.
