Get a computer power cable in to in or male female as it's called. You can now attach a regular socket to the end.

I already got the cable, cut one end and attached it to a socket but it didn't work. There was a little voltage in the socket but it was very negligible. Could it be that the cable cannot be rewired the way I did it?

those must be lithium polymer battery.
they are so big. whats the capacity and voltage. do you sell them too?

There's no way it will not work if properly done and the components are all working correctly. This is same way I get output from all my converted APC UPS and I've not experienced a single issue.
Firstly, check that your UPS has output.
Then check the cable used and the socket, one of the listed is faulty.

I finally had to bypass the UPS socket and connect an extension directly to the output cables in the UPS and it's working now.

The lithium batteries originally comes as a 48vdc 60amps set, after dismantling I got 2pcs of 24vdc 60amps batteries.
