IUFC 2-4 Rangers referee is really young and good too
Rangers hasn't changed, strong attack, poor defense

I still nurse irritation that they didn't go far in CAFCC

Anyway, was the gameplay entertaining? This Season has shown the "potentials" of quality results (not minding the wretchedness of not being televised)

The Germans score. Spain not capitalizing on their chances.

I'd not mind Enyimba & Rangers going to CAFCC & Kano Pillars in CC

Omo, the true position is, we won't know what the 3rd place qualification looks like until ALL the teams have played 2 games apiece. Right now, your table is screwed because Nigeria has played TWO games whereas all the other teams have only played ONE each. Bottom line, depending on the results of the other games, we still might not qualify. I mean, we could draw with France but still not qualify.

Bolowolowo:
This is how 3rd place qualification looks like. Our girls must at least secure a draw in order to pull 4 points and move on.

KPOM!

And by the way, could someone tell me who made the decision to start Tochukwu Oluehi in the goal in our first march, when we had this goalkeeper! I mean, you don't even need to be a coach to realize that Nnaedozie is a much better goalkeeper. it isn't even a close call sef!

Respect what? They are still clueless and shambolic. This result actually flatters them. I mean, they were lucky today (or shall we say, the officiating helped them a lot)

First, our first goal should've been called back but it was allowed to stand.
Secondly, the South Korean equalizer was actually good but they ruled it off.

All in all, South Korea was the better team today. They played with more cohesion and created better chances, but they were goal shy.

Thanks for pointing that out. Hopefully Australia loses to Brazil and Japan lose to England. But then again, anything can happen. Hopefully Dennerby makes the necessary adjustments for the French encounter but I'm not holding my breath. Even in today's encounter, the girl's did not look sharp.

I went through Morocco's results today and I was shocked their results weren't spectacular. Stats wise they're just a decent side, that's all.

LOL @the highlighted. Bros, you're a real comedian …. I don laff taya sef grin grin

Anyway, to answer your question, I am still pissed off at the team for the shambolic performance they put on against Norway. I mean, with all the preparation they had before this tournament along with the so called super coach I expected much more from them.

KPOM @the highlighted. That's exactly what I am trying to get everyone to realize. This is not a well coached team. And after over 1 year of coaching the team, it still looks like the coach still doesn't know what his best team is yet.

I grade Dannerby zero so far.

why should our first goal be called back?
Why do u think the korean's equaliser should have stand?
Goals win u match not passes. Althouph, today's win should not take away the fact that this team is not performing to expectations.

Impressed with Germany's class during the 2nd half. Great defence in the box-18 and lots of great chances. Great corners as well.

The victories actually aren't the same. Iceland was a competitive European team that proved their class by going to the quarterfinals of Euro 2016 and muscling through Euro qualification (they defeated Croatia) and played well in the 1-1 draw with the Argentines. South Korea represents the drastic gulf of talent and competitiveness that exists in international female football. A win against the Koreans isn't anything to brag about.

In as much as I agree with you that the girls were not fantastic, nevertheless, don't downplay their victory by trying to say that South Korea is not a force to reckon with in female football.

South Korea is 14th in the women Fifa ranking, Nigeria is 38th. So yes, the win today is similar to the Men's win against Iceland in the World cup.

Same shambolic display by the men, cos Iceland was the better side that day, but the individual brilliance and the fact that we took our only chance that came won us the game, Same with the girls game today.

Iceland had chances including a penalty but failed to score , Same with South Korea.

so the two performance are similar
