pls i need help guys...

During the last 7 days, I started developing a strange itching in my pennis.. so later the next day wen i woke up i just saw it swollen a bit like ewo.. so i pressed it to relieve the swollen part.. after 2 days its now getting swell up.. and paining that i went to pharmacy to complain and was giving drugs. now its down but one part looks yellowish and i decided to press it out.. to my surprise its a live worm coming out of it.. Am suprised cuz its been over 2 months since i had sex, i was thinking that is it toilet infection or wat?? anyone with suggestions or advice would be appreciated.. i live in a place where we use general toilet and i abhor using potty. that's why am thinking maybe it toilet..

Better rush to hospital before it's too too late cos it's obvious you ignored it for long now it's in critical stage

Is it still itching? What other symptom do u feel?
