So am consulting from the elders in the house to kindly share light on this area if it's friendly to foreign students, and particularly if there are job opportunities for students. In general what can be say about Stralsund?

It's possible to get admission with the grade but that depends on course and school. As we all know some courses are admission restricted while others are not. Some schools are highly competitive than others. You see the screen shot of your converted grade to German below. On these universities websites some even post there previous years NC value (cut off mark in 9ja language) which I will advise you to look out for on ur prefer uni site.

Yes you can. I have a 3.01 CGPA in Electrical and Electronic engineering and I got admitted to study digital Engineering at Otto Von Guericke University Magdeburg.

Yes, he can sponsor you so far as he is a resident or citizen of Germany residing in Germany.
