saw this cheat for MTN today,on Opera news.. ... i just give it a trial... it worked without money on the sim card... I've been trying to do it on my other mtn SIM... and " oops, looks like the code you used was incorrect" was the message i received... be like e don cast... buh av been downloading since sha....

i pray e no go get repercussions

. the way i saw it on Opera news

1. Dail *131*7*5*1#.

2. A popup message will show asking you to subscribe 50gb for N20,000, enter 1 to accept then send.

3. Another popup will show up asking you to input MSISDN, input your mtn phone number then send.

4. After sending You'll recieve an error message that your subscription is not successful. Don't bother yourself about that.

5. Now dail *131*4# to check your data balance, and wow you'll see your free 122880MB data active on your sim.

6. Validity is 3months but yo've to act fast and use it before mtn stop the cheat. Enjoy while it lasts.

Can an expert in telecoms tell us how the numerous data awoof affects mtn?
Also, can they ever block it from people's phones, or can they even recover it?
