No need to argue bro, I just expressed my view on seeing the amount budgeted for a bungalow with penthouse to carcass level. I never said I have full details of the building as per 3D and the rest you are asking for but I called and got the sqm of the building as 455sqm. Current stage of the filling,the more we fill as if this won't end and this is just the best way out in attaining and achieving this Design for the low part that can't be used for basement. 1 Like

Timtol:Well done. It's never easy working in a new environment for the first time. Just to get some perspective with the basement; I can't see any tanking of the basement from the photos or even German floor. So what's the solution against possibly rising damp of the basement walls? Basement if not properly tanked, can suffer penetrating damp issues from the external soil especially during rainy season. Would there be natural light from a side window? If not, please share the plan for air circulation in the basement. Wishing you good speed. 1 Like |

diordaves:Appreciates your observations and contributions. As being said earlier,no plan for the basement cos it was never part of the plan from scratch, basement was introduced lately cos the client didn't believe we can have this height. For the damp rising issue, we have DPM to stop damp rising from below and from above both for the German and the decked area. For the ventilation of the basement, it's well ventilated as being restructured by me after the client gave the order. For the room, we have 4 windows cross ventilated, the lounge has one window of 1500mm width per the arrangement gained then the toilet is ventilated, kitchen and we have an exit for the basement as well. All well considered. Thanks for your contributions again. |

For this height we have to double the wall and fill with concrete to avoid crack, another we out more expensive so we implore this method.

We are 95% done with the filling, we working on areas where special attention are needed per the height by doubling the wall and filling up to avoid any form of crack later as we proceed. Timtol happy Sunday as you stated I want you to understand that buying sloppy land is not bad just that Africans lack resources to maintain and build on sloppy land does not mean people should afford it in Europe place Italy is mosty sloppy land with mountains but the do build on it the problem with most engines and contractors is they don't have the machinery and materials to build on this areas I am looking forward when our builders will having material to face the most difficult locations in building sectors thanks 2 Likes |

Hum2020:Yh! Pls don't get me wrong sir, I said what I said per what we are facing in Nigeria. Anyone who has the money to handle such construction can buy it honestly. I personally buy the idea of buying such lands only if one has the fund. Such avenue makes one think deep and more creative, brings unspeakable concept when being actualized only by good hands and imagine if it's sth for tourist centre it will be fucking making sense.
