Here is an update on the man who destroyed cars at Nigerian High Commission London over claims of passport delays.

According to an eyewitness, the man identified as Ewohime Jeffrey, a Nigerian citizen destroyed about 5 diplomatic cars in front of Nigeria High Commission in London today over delay to collect his passport after payment of all required fees.

The Nigerian High Commission London in a statement, claimed the man's passport was ready but he refused to show his collection slip.

Abuja, June 17, 2019:
Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Chairman/CEO, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) has described the attitude of a 32-year old Nigerian.

2. Jeffrey Apkovweta Ewohime who destroyed several properties of the Nigerian embassy in London as despicable and condemnable.

In a statement by her media aide, Abdur-Rahman Balogun, said that such an attitude was unpatriotic, and an unconscionable act of indiscipline.

Nice one.... I’ve heard so many cringe worthy stories of people trying to renew their passport in a foreign land being made to pass through unnecessary hoops and hardship by the the only embassy that should protect and give them support.

Nigerians languish in various foreign prisons and many of them are innocent but these embassies cannot push for fair trial and provide legal affordable counsel.
