Flew Kenya airways from Lagos- Dubai twice overall experience was nice and relatively cheap compared to other non-direct airlines. I recommend Egyptair if you get a good offer, had 8hr stopover and they gave me a nice room at Le meridian airport hotel they collected our passport and I was able to tour Cairo for 4hrs tho it’s not acceptable but yh i did it

Qatar no longer issue tourist visa to Nigerians only family visit, it means unless you have a relative in Qatar that’s ready to process your visa and the salary requirements is 10,000 riyal for family visa and infact if by miracle you do find a job well, not too many companies has the license to process Nigerian work visa. That’s why you’ll never hear of Qatar here. Also, meeting salary requirement is not a guarantee for visa you also need to work for reputable company to bring your family. I’ve been to Doha it’s boring there by the way. And hey! UAE is far better, Forget what google will tell you this type of information you’ll never find on their website because they don’t want to look bad in the public eye but we know from experience.
thanks for this information. I v been wondering why people rarely talk about Qatar. Actually a cousin says someone wants to help him to get a work visa to either Qatar or Australia but I don't know how possible it is for Australia. Now seems Qatar is a no no

Please help a brother...

I want to relocate to Dubai, i have a friend who promised to assist me get a company that will help me obtain an employment Visa at the rate of 800k. She further explained that the company is into Security. She said i will send me details (including scanned Nigerian passport to her), deposite half of the money and complete the payment when the print out of my visa is ready. Upon arrival, the company will further process for my emirate ID and stamp in the 2 years employment visa into my passport when its ready. She said all medical will be done when i arrived Dubai and not in Nigeria

A cousin of mine who just traveled to Dubai for like 2months now got in touch with me and Requested i use the link he used.. According to him, he said it will cost me 500k to process the employment visa of 2 years, he equally said its a company that runs car services (driving). Some of the process he said i will go through is to go the embassy with my entry print out, authenticate it and go to hospital for check up.. Return to the embassy to submit it and gets a 3months entry permit. Upon arrival in Dubai, the company provides accommodation for 3 months during which they will continue to process my employment visa after i do another medicals there before i can get Emirate ID.

Sorry for the long story, but my question is this? From your experience, what can you advice me?
I know both are not of same price, so it makes me wonder if the cheap one is actually real or the expensive one just wants to gain more?

And does the company that helped you acquire an employment provide a job atleast for short time...

their basic salary isn't much but you earn more base on commission. But the main problem is FINE. It's almost unavoidable

Both parties want to help you but the lady I believe is helping for a little charge while your cousin isnt adding any charges.
D lady's contact might be the best for you so be wise in making a decision.
I believe going to abuja to complete visa procedures has been scraped for now ? Not too sure but if it has then you won't spend #500k

Goodluck

I think you've concluded on what to do you just needed son1 to say go ahead, first what type of car services (driving)
Are u gonna be driving?
Are u gonna be servicing the car?
Are u gonna be in offices to rent cars out?
Tell your cousin to tell u details cos it appears to me he's doing 3 months visa for you to come and apply to the company he works as well mayb accommodate you also. The ball is in your court if u can trust the two options u have

Hi Guys,
Good Evening. I have been trying time and again to book an appointment with the UAE Embassy in Nigeria, all to no avail. I have been trying to book through this address --> https://uaevisabook.com.ng/app/index.php Also, I have sent an email to this address: consabuja@mofaic.gov.ae without a response. In addition, I have tried several times to call the numbers on the embassy website. Please does anyone have a solution to appointment? Do they accept walkins without (prior bookings)? Thank you.

To the best of my Knowledge, you don't need prior booking to get attended to

I stand to be corrected though..

If you think you are coming to Dubai to work as a Building engineer, then you must be dreaming as other nationalities are more preferred to Nigerians. However Security job is a mix of menial and entry level jobs in UAE, if you eventually get the SIRA certificate and get a security job, then expect the salaries between 1600 AED to 2,500 {160k to 245k} in naira... Good luck

Thanks so much for your response even when other couldn't.

Do they come with accommodation at the above salary. Those are the jobs I know he can do, apart from driving.

Of course, these kind of jobs does come with accommodation and transportation, being a taxi driver in UAE is not worth it cos of the resources you put in it, you will spend minimum 10k AED to get the license if you are lucky, their salary is poor and you have to work your ass out to meet up with your commission, they often face FINE.
