1. They didn't boast with the Redmi 7s camera, I have tested the camera and it was okay. Always find your way around the settings. Also disable beauty mode for the front camera, it is terrible. Don't know why it on by default.

2. The Redmi Note 7 camera is great for its price range.

Were you expecting iPhone X quality on an entry level device like the Redmi 7?

GCam is there to push your phone camera hardware to its limit, besides how many OEMs give you Camera2api enabled by default at that price point

when I read complaints of people here about the note 7 stock camera, I usually wonder if the one i have is from space o... I'm camera is doing excellently well... Sunday morning I wanted to take some pictures before going to church, with all the hype I've seen here I decided to snap with gcam hoping to slay but the results I got were so disappointing... Nobody taught me to switch back to stock cam sharp sharp. Everybody has been famzing my phone since, my aunt abandoned her iPhone 6 and told me to take her shots with my phone. Note 7 for the win biko, any day anytime
