I don't think this is true na.of course the Minister is above d perm sec when the minister is around so y would s(he) be angry as to wait for another minister?

Evening guys, from what i gathered today, there is nothing holding the process back as funds av been made available and promotion of officers have also been concluded, all we need to do is keep our fingers crossed and hope they get it done before the end of June. No source can give anyone 100% information for now. Thanks my people

He'll be resigning next month, July. I still wonder why this process is taking longer than expected.

He is bowing out his 35yrs don complete..main reason fire service was also delayed cuz of dia own gone cgp den still at d helm of affairs
