I was able to take a 41.5mp picture with gcam yesterday but I don't know whether classify it as pure 41.5mp or interpolated 41.5mp picture.

Is there no outlet where xiaomi phones are sold in Lagos aside online stores.

Go to any Pointek, Raya Electronics or Mobile center stores. They made mention of Slot, not sure if slot have stocked up yet.

It should be interpolated. The last pure 41Mp sensor was the Lumia 1020

Hmm I thought as much, that picture was taken with photosphere on Gcam but every other picture I've taken is 12mp, what could have caused it?

Imagine MX people, this is a feature that was on Mobo player more than 6 years ago. Well I've seen reason to upgrade then

Open file manager select the three horizontal lines or swipe left then follow the images below

Thanks alot bro.
I just did that and the ads have stopped.
You know, I could have gone to court to prove that I turned off that recommendations setting before grin.

I suspect it gets turned back on when you update the app.
Even the Mandarin I see when I scroll down in the app has disappeared.

Thanks again genius43. Keep up the good work!

You know you can actually get 48Mp with portrait modes on GCam. When you take a portrait photo it will save two photos, one a full resolution and the other digital portrait imitation of the first one. Saw it in a Note 7 pro GCam video by Technology Jock on YouTube

Actually it doesn't, I turned mine off since October, if not for the screenshot I have not been to the settings of my file manager since the aforementioned time.

You are welcome, glad I could be of help.

Pocophone has a 6.18inch screen while Redmi Note 7 has a 6.3inch screen. The difference is really clear here

Difference is not clear to a natural Man, 0.12 inch is just 3mm.

The only difference is Notch area..

the pofo f1 screen is 6.2inch(same as note 7), and its battery is 4000mah....
...
the redmi note 7 pro(94k) is different from note 7 (58/67/77k)
try check their specs on gsmarena
..
or if you can wait for 1month or 2, the mi 9t would be less than 100k by then

Thanks guy, I forget to add, I love the in screen finger print. That's why am not going with note7pro.

Thanks, just check now, poco f1 camera is small and I really want to have device with in screen finger print

I would not advice a newbie to purchase a phone without a Global Version if I where you.

K20 don't have global version?

Lies, the Mi 9T is K20's Global Version, it is the K20 pro that don't have a global version yet but it is expected to launch sometime next month as the Mi 9T pro.

You don't judge a camera by Megapixel. The 48Mp cameras today are basically 12MP cameras. The 48Mp mode brings about interpolation to draw more light to capture more details.

Pixel that have probably the best cameras uses a main sensor of 12.2Mp.

I don't think RN7 can do that, what happens on mine is when I take a picture with portrait mode, the phone saves two copies one with bokeh and the other without it. Both are often 13mp or 14mp but not up to 48mp or such. Even though I set the app to take pictures at the highest resolution which is 12mp
