I was able to take a 41.5mp picture with gcam yesterday but I don't know whether classify it as pure 41.5mp or interpolated 41.5mp picture.

Hmm I thought as much, that picture was taken with photosphere on Gcam but every other picture I've taken is 12mp, what could have caused it?

I just did that and the ads have stopped.
You know, I could have gone to court to prove that I turned off that recommendations setting before .

I suspect it gets turned back on when you update the app.
Even the Mandarin I see when I scroll down in the app has disappeared.

Apart from only camera, i still like the performance of Redmi 7 is okay for people like us that doesn't want problem or think about problems of flashing / beeping

Pocophone has a 6.18inch screen while Redmi Note 7 has a 6.3inch screen. The difference is really clear here

the pofo f1 screen is 6.2inch(same as note 7), and its battery is 4000mah....

the redmi note 7 pro(94k) is different from note 7 (58/67/77k)
try check their specs on gsmarena
..
or if you can wait for 1month or 2, the mi 9t would be less than 100k by then

You are wrong the Pocophone has a 6.18" display which is not small and a 4000mah battery

You know you can actually get 48Mp with portrait modes on GCam. When you take a portrait photo it will save two photos, one a full resolution and the other digital portrait imitation of the first one. Saw it in a Note 7 pro GCam video by Technology Jock on YouTube
