tuniski:Nasarawa state has far less than 30% Muslims. Aside keffi and parts of nasarawa, laminga, lafia. with Muslims majority where else do you find significant Muslims? Non. Mararaba, Masaka, uke, akwanga are the towns with 65% of the population. These are all 90% Christians communities |

Amanismone:Northwest is 90% Muslim.only southern kaduna and southern kebbi has a large christian population plus saminaka, kaduna south lga, chikun and fagge in kano.that cant be more than 10%. Northeast has some christians in southern borno esp chibok,Christians in tafawa balewa and bogoro,in southern gombe, central and southern taraba, half of adamawa.out of 20million people in the north east with 7 million christians which means there are about 35% Christians there. In the north central, niger, kwara has Muslim majority.kogi has a slight Muslim majority, benue and plateau had christian majority.nasarawa is 50 50 same as abuja.therefore north central has 55% Muslims 45 Christians. For south west, oyo is majority Muslims, osun is slightly moremuslims, lagos is 50 50,ogun is 30-40 Muslims.ekiti and ondo are 80% Muslim.therefore, south west is 35%-45% Muslims. For ss,it is 90% chtistians and se 95% |

I don't know about your statistics and the submission, the only three I can relate with are: 1. You are slightly right about Christians in the NW but personally, I think it is about 35%. Hausa Christians answer moslem name. A lot of Christians in the North answer Aisha, Musa, Zainab, Maryam, Yusuf, Ibrahim, Suleiman. They do that for protection and appointment. 2. In Nigeria, SW has the largest number of Christian converts from Islam. You won't believe that the number is overwhelming. 3. One thing North will never tell you is that Fulanis also do Christianity. Adamawa has the largest Fulani Christian population. As for SW, the proportion edges closely to 50:50 but Islam is losing hold real fast. |

Amanismone:Oh so there is anti. Christain media! Muslims will say western media is anti Islam. So who then is the media for? Na wa for those who carry religion for head without discern. You may Google Israel population and religious spread. |
| Re: Religion Population According To Geopolitical Zones In Nigeria by OfficialAPCNig: 10:32am On Jun 22, 2019 |
Generalpatton:Stop spreading lies, NW has large Christian population edging close to 35%. The number of Christian alone in Kano City [not State] is more than moslems in the SS/SE except Edo. There are Christian communities scattered across Katsina state. |

Unlimitk2:Lagos 60:40, Ogun 60:40, Oyo 70:30 and Osun 70:30 Muslim ; christain Ekiti and ondo 80:20 Christain :muslim However, lagos,Oyo are the most populous SW states. |
| Re: Religion Population According To Geopolitical Zones In Nigeria by TooMuchStuff: 10:33am On Jun 22, 2019 |
Generalpatton:If Lagos can boast of 30% Muslims population, they won't blink their eyes before making the state governor a permanent Muslim property. Today Christian govs back to back because of the fear of igbo population that has climbed up to 45% of Lagos alongside other SS states. |

tuniski:You are not from the SW yet you display your ignorance. There's no state in SW with majority Muslim population. The only areas of osun that are Muslims are Iwo, osogbo and ikirun. Ife, ijesha land which are the largest areas are mostly Christians. In Oyo, only ibadan can you find significant Muslims. Ogun has minority Muslims. Lagosians are only Muslims by name. |
