are you typing from USA?

Anyways as regards your appointment, it's a 2 way thing. You can choose to wait for an interview date with category B (I heard it takes 5 weeks or so to get a date), or take the Risk of decamping to category A.

I think the Application for my course (molecular and developmental stem cell biology) is in 2 phases: the general one on the school portal, then sending my PDF documents via email.
They need the two before my application can be valid

OK. But were you asked for motivation letter at some point. It seems its not needed. I'm not sure though

I uploaded non certified too, I now have certified ones n don't know if I should upload back. Though can't remember if certified copies are required or just Certificates...what course did you apply and when? My status been showing processing as well.

Yes, you can get your prepaid courier envelope at a DHL outlet close to the embassy. But it's safer to get one before your interview date sha, cos you don't know if they might be open that day (anything fit happen)
