In the last two years, the School of Health Technology in Okporo, Orlu, stopped functioning.

No school activity in it 24/7; 7/7; 12/12; if you try to enter the premises, a gate man would stop you 24/7, 7/7, 12/12. No body could tell what was going on inside. It was like a secret cult premises.

Immediately Rochas was sworn-in he cleared backlog of salary and pension arrears, announced the free education program, revitalized Adapalm, Oguta lake and Concord hotel, started the new Imsu, Ogboko campus which was later changed to Eastern palm University.
