Business name is more like a man one business being registered. . most businesses without boards and shareholders fall into this category

Business name is not more than 15k for rehsitestion whereas for company , you have to lay for the numbers of shares

Company is the opposite of it

Once a name is reshitered it is registered. No. One can use it until it expires by you not paying for the name with CAC.

The name search on their websitee doesn't discriminate between business name and company. Both are legally registered with certificate from CAC.
