hello house, i am claiming points from my brother in canada, i was told to upload documents for 'Proof of PR/Citizenship of sibling' and another document for 'Family Member Proof of Status' also. Please what is the difference? i only have a copy of his PR card.

1. His PR Card
2. The stamped visa on his passport
3. His utility bills or bank statement

Merge the 3 documents in one PDF file and upload the same PDF file in both the ‘Proof of PR/Citizenship of Sibling’ and ‘Family Member Proof of Status’ sections.

Ontario usually picks from the pool, unless you have a Masters or PHD from one of their universities. They use a mix of NOCs and CRS score and maybe other criteria. You can't apply to them.

sorry, but did you secure a job already to qualify for Alberta PNP?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 8 by Nobody: 8:33am On Jun 27, 2019
Good Morning, I have beeen a silent reader since January but now I am ready to unveil myself! I started my PR journey in January 2019.

So far:

IELTS completed grin overall 8
Wes accreditation of my masters completed
3 years of work experience

I dived into the pool last week with 451 points but based on recent draws I have to look for ways to boost my points. I am yet to claim any points for my spouse...I am already working towards that.

Please I have three questions that I need answered urgently:
1. If I get a gift deed from my parents, does that money need to be in my account till I get my PR?
2. I have read that it is better to notorize the gift deed, if I notorize the gift deed do I still need to include the witness signatures (this is based on the format I have seen here on Nairaland)
3. is it possible to book medicals at Qlife before ITA..

Thank you!

Alberta selects people from the pool to apply for their PNP. Based on NOC mostly. Most people don't have a job waiting in Alberta before being selected.

This is already answered on page 1. Anyways, to reiterate, no. However, you should note that if you want to move your PoF into something else after AoR, you should be able to produce it whenever there's a request for it. Think about that.

2. I have read that it is better to notorize the gift deed, if I notorize the gift deed do I still need to include the witness signatures (this is based on the format I have seen here on Nairaland)

You really do not need a witness signature. The person gifting the money can as well just write a signed letter stating that you are being gifted money. In essence, you don't need to notarize a gift deed. But if you want to, go ahead.

3. is it possible to book medicals at Qlife before ITA..

I don't know about this. Folks may be able to answer you.

God bless.

Thank you!

There is a package they email you to fill out after you've been invited to apply. However, there is no EOI or any way to indicate interest in the province before they select you.

You can read more here: https://www.alberta.ca/ainp-selection-criteria.aspx (scroll down to Express Entry stream)

Good day fam,
Please, I need advice on what to do concerning wes evaluation, my MSC certificate and transcript is already with wes for evaluation but my waec which hasn't been sent yet has some errors.
1st.. in date of birth and
2nd.. spelling of other name (e.g Adaobi Sule Olafemi was written instead of Adaobi Sule Femi)

Does anyone has idea if court affidavit can clear this issue ?

If you did neco and have the result, why not use that?

I am surprised you have 451
with my ielts of band 8, two certificates and 3 years experience, the score was 462; but you have a masters degree which is higher than " two or more certificates" so you cant be having 451, you should be around 465.

please re-check

If you're using Google Chrome, try switching to Mozilla Firefox.

Hello everyone, pls im in need of HELP. I am unable to successfully sign into my EE profile and i dont know why. After i enter my username and password, it dosent bring up those security questions rather ill see a continue button. Once i click on the continue button, it takes me back to the home page or something like that. Sort of asking me to re sign in. I have tried severally and even changed my security questions all to no avail. My profile was created in October last year so it shouldn't expire now.

Pls does anyone know what could be the problem?

From my experience, not anymore. I once tried to book before I got ITA and I was told I can't until I have ITA. Immediately I got ITA, I was able to book by sending my Invitation letter which they used to fix an appointment on a favorable date.

I believe they used to allow people book before ITA which meant that sometimes, people with ITA (who are in immediate need of medicals) don't get the opportunity. Based on that, I quite agree with this new method of booking for only people with ITA.
