Where the crime was committed is the key point..... Let's not look at nationality, but location......
There is a grey area around this issue because something similar happened in the UAE consulate some years back and the British govt tried to stop the extradition but couldn't.

Lexusgs430:
Are you biometrically registered?... huh

If yes B02......
I really do not understand the question but I went for Biometrics before visa was issued in naija
Re: Living In The Uk/life As A UK Immigrant by Rubyventures: 2:46pm On Jun 26, 2019
Lexusgs430:
So they would extradite the person to the UK, to charge them..........

All those seeking visas in Nigeria, go and destroy BHC in VI.....

I am already on my way to destroy, so I can be extradited............. grin
You don't understand me. I am talking about citizens of the country committing crimes against their own consulate in a different country.

Rubyventures:
protection and prosecution are two different things.
Why did the workers just watch him destroy and not try to give him a citizens arrest, but they rather called the MET or City Police?.... huh

Protection of the British state, to prosecute offenders within NHC patch on British soil.......

Imagine him destroying those properties in Nigeria..... He would be toast or bbq.........

If the embassy calls the police, yes they can come on invitation, to keep the peace or arrest if instructed by the consulate.

Remember to Assange the police could only go and arrest him only when they were invited by the embassy. Although his case is different from this.

The self addressed envelop didn't start after the mayhem.

I got a new passport for my new born last July and it was mailed to me.
I submitted a SAE after the data capture.

Lexusgs430:
If that windscreen breaker was what was required to infuse sanity into the passport acquisition process........

That chap must have a statue erected in front of NHC..........

No they have always been using it but it's optional. You could choose to walk in and pick it up. But now, you have to receive it by post. No more physical collection.

The person has his reasons for wanting a private discussion.

When the person you ask to have a private conversation with, is not ready......... Can the person be forced to have a private conversation...........

Why not post it openly and probably get more responses?.... huh

Why UK? Its a crime against the Nigerian consulate by a Nigerian. The police cannot go into a consulate to arrest any one its out of their jurisdiction. Its like going to Nigeria to arrest a criminal. Please correct me if I'm wrong. That's why people are able to take refuge in an embassy.
I thought properties damaged were parked on the street. Except the embassy extends to the street.
