The lower worlds are governed by the the Spiritual Law of Duality. That is for anything to exist there must be an opposite.

That is why we have male and female, mountains and valleys, light and darkness etc. Likewise when it comes down to the different gods that supervise each plane in the lower universes there must be a female counterpart of each of them.
Just like you have the King and the Queen on earth. Always bear in mind the principle that As Above So Below. Each plane that exist is a shadow image of the next plane above it.

i go there everyday and so does everybody too. the only difference is going there in full consciousness and knowing that you are there.

We are personally responsible for our own state of consciousness. As Soul unfolds toward total freedom, It understands total responsibility must be accepted for every thought and action.

how do you go there in full consciousness? and please don't tell me by changing HU. There must be something you guys are doing that I don't know about, because I have never soul travelled before?

i haven't had a good laugh in this forum for a long time now.
nothing is hidden in ECKANKAR. Singing HU, the Holy Name of God is the basic spiritual exercise. there are hundreds of other spiritual exercises scattered in ECK books which can be purchased by anyone who is interested and the book, The Spiritual Exercises of Eck has up to 144 exercises in it. all these exercises take their root from the HU. you can even create your own. you are free to try any of the techniques until you get the one that works for you. but it requires diligent, daily practice.
