Yes cos you are really annoying. Since it is diff to yours Waka pass not by saying you use RN7 also. Diff packaging from xiaomi. All the RN7 I bought has white charger with white USB cord while only 1 has 1black charger and white cord. Should I because of that say I bought a fake phone it is that same phone that is having touch problem. So don't be in a hurry to quote take your time to reason first.

First of all that image you posted is settings and not the about phone I requested for. This stuffs is not too different from every other android phone out there.
Here you go follow every step of the way

Settings>scroll to manage apps>search updater>click updater>click storage and clear data.
