Please manage my BS just have to just quickly create time to post this ,please help a FTM that is not lactating what can I use?

I just can't thank God enough ,my water broke at 4:45am June 22nd ,didn't even feel any contraction at all before water broke,I went to check my hospital bag to see if nothing is missing so I won't leave anything behind, I started doing exercise and drinking hot water,didn't go to the hospital immediately, was still at home ,at 4pm in the evening the contraction increased, just took my bag and off to the hospital, when I got to the hospital I was checked and was fully dilated, so the nurses told me I can push when I feel like pushing, anytime I feel like pushing I kept pooing on the bed,it wasn't easy as a FTM I don't

know how to push that was what I kept telling the nurses ,they kept laughing at me ,it got to a stage the pushing process wasn't coming again, they just told me they have to induce me,they gave me drip and injection, immediately the drip entered my body I started having frequent urge to push ,God did it for me,within 40 minutes I heard the cry of my baby ,God did it for me without collecting a dime,I'm seeing my princess now and I'm always happy.

One mama advised you not to lift your head up after the surgery when you were asking for tips for surgery. Lifting your head up day of and even day after causes intense severe sometimes lasting headache. Your doctors or nurses should have also told you. Sorry we mamas here didn't emphasize it enough or you didn't see the one who did. Pele my sister. Maybe you could tell your doctor about the headache so they can prescribe something strong. Then rest a lot. Don't lift your head again for now. You can turn it from side to side. Would have posted this since yesterday but I was banned.

Thanks for checking on us ooo , I get easily tired and cranky these days. Pregnant with a 2year 5months is work
Hospital bag not yet packed but have all that is necessary as a STM. I don't even know where I'll deliver right now My HMO have been having issues with the hospitals I'm comfortable with here in my base. And I dislike FMC that is still on their list.
So na to make sure my Account is funded in case of any surprises.

Brush your mouth often and use mouth wash..

Use of chewing stick works for some people .

Chewing gum and sweets too(keeps your mouth busy and you keep swallowing)

Lots of fluids to replace lost ones.

Reduce starchy foods..

Good evening mama’s please I need help to ease nasal congestion a bit, I’ve tried the possible tips I know like a warm bath, using hot balm, drinking warm water and co but my nose is blocked . I’ve stopped using fan or a/c. Please any tips that’ll help me is appreciated , the Claritin I took given by the obgyn isn’t helping at all I didn’t even see the work to be honest. I wanted to purchase saline nasal spray but the one I found isn’t fine for hypertensive patients and that’s another condition I’m managing in this pregnancy so I’m literally stuck.
