Your 100 can't get you a self con close to Holy Ghost. Its just like having 300k and expecting to rent a 2 bedroom flat in Ajao estate or Surulere. With 150k you can rent a room and palour self con thats spacious in Abakpa. With 200k you rent 2 bedroom flat in same Abakpa or Emene but ur tfare will have to up by N300 |
