We can not prevent herdsmen from roaming around the country the same way we can not prevent other Nigerians from leaving their towns and villages to live or seek daily bread in other states.

RUGA means you won't see herdsmen roaming around your towns and villages, it means zero confrontations with farmers and local communities because RUGA is a controlled and licensed environment, a genuine place of business, a tax generating establishment where cattle farmers will safely practice real ranching operations under strict government supervision.

Some of us are hypocrites, socially and tribally confused, culturally lost, mentally twisted and corrupt and we can not make serious decisions to better ourselves and our country because tribal, regional and political affiliations are wells we draw our decision making from, we respond to issues based on paranoia, bigotry, tribalism and gross ignorance.

We can not solve our own problems so we elect and pay our leaders to solve our problems while at the same time turn around to fight every government solution, every government program, and policy.

Freedom of rights and criminal activities are separate issues, you are rightfully allowed to criticize government actions and inactions regarding criminal activities, but you cannot deny other Nigerians their freedom of rights to move freely and settle in any part of Nigeria.
