If he does, it simply means we will have new election... Nobody is ready to go through that process again.. Nigeria is not Kenya

You have answered the question already. If Atiku wins, he wins and becomes our president going forward.

Buhari may try harder to resist justice, but the world would react! No country is purely an island. That's why APC doesn't want the electoral proceedings to continue. They already knew the end

What you don't understand is the fact that the judiciary are not independent from the executive. It is the executive that pays them their salary hence they may apply caution when delivery judgement especially when it involves the presidency. Even when evidence are presented, they look for ways to knock out the case in court. The Nigeria system is too corrupt hence the highest bidder takes the shot. If you are not in their club then forget it. Many things happen behind the scene unknown to many Nigerians
