A HP or Lenovo should do. Another thing what do you need it for in particular.

Graphics card....get one with a dedicated memory...
At least 4gig of ram
Intel processsor, run from amd...
Intel core i5 or i7 with at least a a speed of 2.6ghz
HDD memory of at leat 500 gig...

For ur price range, make sure the above requirements are met...

An Intel celeron N3060 should do. 4Gb ram 500Gb. Intel Pentium will take you over 100k.

Since you are in Lagos I will suggest either of Westgate technologies at Oba Akran way, Ikeja or Spar.

Go to theme app, search for any of Aafont, free or Moby fonts. select your choice, download and apply. No need to change region to avoid unnecessary apps and ads.

If I don't change region on my R7 space for font will never appears, Moreover I don't see any changes using gcam I can even say that my stock cam is better
