I was hoping so but believe it or not, if there's going to be another batch then they wouldn't have denied you access to the recruitment portal

Not really. This interview might be in batches. You can’t tell me they would interview 3-6k candidates for 1.2k slots in 12 days...

they interviewed 24GT per panel a day and there are 39 panels to the best of my knowledge. The interview will Last for 9days, that is 8k candidate or so, though I don't know the actual number they shortlisted.

Yeah. EH. Very friendly panel.

I was asked more than the usual 5 questions though.

Introduce yourself, situational questions, question from your field, HSE question, 2 oil industry questions. The panel chair is very nice and amiable. Feel free to slide in a light joke.

Nna mehn, I thought EH questions were supposed to be restricted to the role you applied for, It was only during my interview that I realised that 3/4 of the panelists don't know jack about my field, they asked me random questions based on what they know because it seems there is a rule that each panel member must ask their question but I thank God for my peripheral knowledge beyond the scope of my field. Sometimes putting too much hope on something is really dangerous. it makes you accept things which ordinarily wouldn't make sense if you were clear headed
