Put your prenatal in swallow and use draw soup even if it’s just a morsel to take your drugs..

i dey here o mama. my ribs hurt especially the right side. my legs always feel heavy. the only time i feel okay is when lying down but i can't lie down all day na . as for baby weight, i pray for a small baby o cos i've been eating quite a lot these days. i'm having a scan on monday though

Natural Family Planning is billings method. Where you monitor your cycle to know when you are fertile or not. That billings method no go work for me oooo. I have irregular menses. 10days sometimes 8 days how i want take monitor this one. I just use condom or abstain from kpekus completely. I no want stories that touch.

I Google the iud thats copper T that's what my twin is using and it's working for her.

Please what can I do to lactate? We are 2 weeks plus one day old today ,breast milk is just dropping little by little and my baby is not patient enough to help me suck it ,she is on NAN at the moment what can I do to boost my breast milk?
