The Redmi 7 battery lasts longer because the display resolution is 720p(HD) as compared to the 1080p(FHD) on the Note 7

I guess ur an art student, hence u can't see the relationship between Ohm’s law v=IR.
To clarify for u
V=voltage
I= current
R= resistance
He said high voltage low current
Low voltage high current.
So that's the relationship. U noticed he also replied with a formula.
So don't worry eh... He understands. grin

If ur new to Xiaomi, travel outside, use dstv now, get global version...
But if u know what ur doing and u trust ur sellers those things don't bother u much, u can use any version.
Currently have global for sale if interested
Otherwise if u still want Chinese version, no wahala will still get it for u.

Summary of the whole ish is your cord is likely faulty, don't bother yourself, your phone is built to take the current it can.

First off, ohms law holds tru in any electrical circuit.
Also like u rightly said, we don't use high current, but high voltage...
So does that mean that nepa changed the wires that's why u have overnight hence the low current... . Keep in mind current is inverse to resistance...
In simpler terms, a 60w bulb will shine bright if u increase the voltage and reduces brightness as if u reduce the voltage ... P=VI.

Instead of all this plenty talk use Google help yourself na, no need to assume. Type 'low current, high voltage' for Google, then read grin

I use redmi note 7 pro, and after extensive use and porting, nothing beats stock ROM, though it has its flaws, but one can live with them.

Be contented with what you have in as much as its serving the purpose you got it for. What is doing you is called 'ojukokoro'. a.k.a. longer throat or turtle neck . grin

Personally i went for the R7 due to certain reasons and not because i could not afford to cough out 58K. It just doesn't go down well with me spending that much on a fone when i have other responsibilities and i can still get similar experience and satisfaction with the R7and also i needed a fone with two sim ports + dedicated memory port.
