small change in Western countries. Why not invest the money here and over time it grows. You can then afford to travel to Canada, Dubai or anywhere else for leisure, rather than to be just menial worker or even a criminal with all the risks involved. Someone told me that on his first trip abroad to London he saw a security guard in front of a shop and upon a closer look he discovered he was a lecturer he knew at a nigerian university, who left his job to seek so- called greener pastures abroad like OP is planning!

There are opportunities abroad and in Nigeria that can give you good ROI on the 4 m. its about insight- seeing these opportunities and the wisdom to tap into it. it is not by relocating. have a vision, have a purpose. know why you want to relocate, dont wait for people to give you reasons. if you are staying back, know you reasons.

Only processing the visa, accommodation, flight ticket and some other things before traveling has already consumed almost all the money so he will end up having only some little change to sustain for a while if he actually gets there.

I think with less than 4million you should be able to get a visa with work permit.....so when u get there u work and earn while u might even decide to further more....or better still go online apply for student visa that is your line related if you are admitted it a aspects way to travel....then when u get there you learn and earn.
