The embassy does not make provision or procedures for Certification by proxy. I can not say if a legal approval granted by a court on your behalf can suffice for your husband to Certify on your behalf.
It's best you just take a day off work and do your Certification.

One cannot get the ATTESTATION OF BIRTH from NPC without age declaration. So i dont think the guy will need another age declaration. NPC do make reference on the date and court in which you declared your age on their ATTESTATION OF BIRTH.

I just found out that I was supposed to upload certified copies of my documents but I have already uploaded normal original copies, do you think I should start a fresh application?. Ruhr does not require certified copies for their application. Though I applied with certified but it doesn't matter.

I will advise those registering now with enrollment extension up to end of October, to be putting 1st or 2nd week of October as study visit date.
I am sure more dates would be rolled out but I hope d won't start ignoring early start dates based on feasibility of getting Visum at d appropriate time, except for the reshuffling and little adjustment to still fix people early, is believed d last dates given were early September like 2nd or so, definitely d would fill it up like d did with June this year.

Now for Cat B, if I am u, would be checking for second options already like proxy enrollment or even deferment to Summer, so that should u not get date before September end as d said, u can apply very early to get a date in October hopefully, remember is only Fridays d allocate for Cat B judging precedence.

Don't say is easy to talk, I am giving you pragmatic, realistic ways to still have high hopes, during my time of waiting and the whole discouragement, I made some enquiries and at d end got approval from two of my schools to resume by 11th November, I had already filed a new application for a program that could still be deferred to Summer, that is (Winter and Summer resumption), had already drew some formidable plans to outsmart this embassy before God stepped in and showed me mercy. So don't just sit there and be waiting aloof, start weighing on plan B already, July will remain 2 weeks from next week.

Why did you have to use UPS after series of warming from different persons on this thread
I sent my application to Hamburg since 17th June and uptill date its still hanging and not delivered. I used FedEX on 4th july to send another set as the deadline is close and the package had been delivered this morning
Pls and Pls House DONT USE UPS TO SEND YOUR DOCUMENTS TO GERMANY COS THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE. A word is enough for the wise

Ups will do you shege... they are the worst international courier service to Germany (at least that I know), maybe nipost is not so bad but very slow.UPS will collect your documents and transfer fees with smile and half way there will be one issue or the other.
I had to pay another 45 euros to be able to get my doc delivered (na my receiver go their office go collect sef)
Try to contact them and know whatever rubbish they are saying but if you have money, just resend with a good courier service if your deadline is so near

I spoke about people with October and November enrollment deadline........puting an earlier date while applying for an interview appointment.

Dont get me wrong they may still be dates for July and September but let assume there are no dates, you are also blocking your chances of having a date in September because the embassy may feel you might not be able to meet up with your date of enrollment

So on Friday I decided to do a test run by putting an enrollment date at 1st of November 2019.... and behold embassy sent me a date this morning for 23/9/2019

So you guys understand me!!!!! Dont block ur way...be truthful in ur enrollment deadline
