Hello guys,

I'm looking at studying for my PhD in Australia early next year. Already, I have 3 professors in 3 different universities in Australia who have reviewed my research proposal and are interested in supervising my research. They've also stated that they will help me get scholarship (tuition and stipend).

Now I'm targeting the RTP scholarship which comes with OSHC for family (I have a wife and one son).

My question now is, if by God's grace I'm successful in securing the RTP stipend scholarship and OSHC for family, do I need to provide any other financial document to support my visa application?

Is there anyone on this forum who has been successful in securing an RTP scholarship and OSHC for family (or couple)? How was the visa application process like?

You don't need a huge financial statement for yourself, but you must show about 3,000 AUD FOR your flight, 7200 for your wife, 3500 thereabout for your daughter. 6000 aud for their flight, Evidence that your daughter is enrolled in a primary school here before you come.

Just use google. Search for bringing your family to Australia as a student.

It's tiring to keep to replying similar questions all the time.

Was any other form of Visa apart from the Australian Visa required before boarding at any of the airports including Lagos airport?

Good morning all, in 2017 i applied for diploma in I.T, i was a graduate at the time but my agent advised me not add that part because it wouldn't make sense for a graduate to want a diploma. I was denied but now i am financially able to apply for a degree.
My questions are
1)Are my chances good if i reapply now with my degree i didn't mention earlier?
2)I want to study nursing even though i got denied when i applied for I.T...will that affect my chance for getting visa through nursing.
Also i was denied US visa last year( not sure it has anything to do with this but i want to mention everything)
Please i would be grateful if anyone can help out.

Good evening fam...i intend going for February 2020 studies in Australia for Diploma Nursing program in one of these university or Tafe colleges.


Which would you recommend I apply to as an international student?
I Graduated with a 3rd class degree from my uni currently working in a hospital pharmacy with 2 years experience.


My sponsor doesn't have enough reasons why i opted for a Nursing diploma program but not Undergraduate studies or postgraduate due to the cost.
Australia has always been a country I always wanted to migrate to.

I have seen some people advice against uploading statement of account till when the case officer requests for it. However what then should one fill in area for financial declaration especially if one's finance is from different sources? Please I am a PhD student who needs on living expenses (tuition waived).

On the part of front loading medicals and biometrics (going for them before logging for visa), how then can a passport photograph that will appear on the medical form be uploaded?

Just a bit confused as all medical forms I have seen online comes without passport photographs which i don't know if its normal or coincidence.

Book with SAA they’re a bit expensive but it’s worth it. They’ll handle your luggages till you get to your destination and they have complimentary hotel reservations while there’s a stopover in Johannesburg.

It doesn't come normal as you put it but depends on your negotiation while booking.
