Exactly my point. By counting and identifying herders and their cattles. One will be able to know who is who and the bad eggs that are hidding in their mist. By the way an average fulani man those not have up to 5hundred cows thats a lie he is too poor to handle them. Most of this cows are owned by this elites.

about the killing of priest am sure u re talking about the one that happened in benue. Well rumous had it that it was done by their own people. Its not a hidden fact. If you think this through, maybe you will be more agitated. Why do you think animal census is important now? Well, it is to aid planning to ensure herders don't roam about anymore! Cattle as a store of wealth provides 2 sources of security challenges to the country! One is the roaming herder/farmer clash. The solution is to separate both and ensure herders no longer roam everywhere. The second is the bandits attacking villages to rustle cattle. The tracking will ensure only owners of cattle can sell them. For this to work, I hope governors will ensure all abbatoirs are well monitored.
