Wike seems to have abandoned the commendable prompt response to potholes he embarked on earlier in hist 1st tenure. Many parts of Port-Harcourt have become impassable nightmare to motorists because the potholes have grown beyond management. |

Ikwerre man, keep lamenting for what you guys brought upon yourselves and residents of Ohio Akpor LGA. When you people sell land both for residential and commercial purposes, do you make provision for drainage? The answer is a big no! Why will you map out some portion of land for drainage when the same land can add to millions of naira in your account. Now you are crying that the government should come to your aid for nemesis that you and your people brought upon yourselves and innocent residents who just buy any land in the bid to avoid unnecessary house rent from ikwerre man without even bothering whether ikwerre man has mal out access road let alone provision for drainage system. |

Nkpolu, my Nkpolu!!! i spent more than 10 years there and i remember there used to be about 2 or 3 "burrowed pits" where all waste water were channeled to and the land close to where you have "Tuscany" in fact all land after Ekankar was marshy land for rain/wastewater, but the land had been sold and sand-filled. No one bothered to ask where the water will go, if you know the place, you will know there is nowhere the water all the way from Haruk goes to, as the water from Rumaolu/Nkpolu road and these are Ohia mini (waterlogged) areas. that was the reason Apara became flooded years back, in the past when those "borrow pits" were there these things do not happen. This is the consequence of greed of my brothers who sold land and those who kept quite as if it wasn't their business. They should simply channel the waste water properly. Anmeka oooo!!!! |

SmellingAnus:if Buhari had behaved like GEJ who allowed wike to rig ,do you think Wike would still be there? Shedding innocent folks blood is grassroot polutics? I disagree. Grassroot politics is bringing a supposedly nobody like Awara few hours into a general election to rattle a veteran like Wike . Amaechi is better. |

This particular Nkpolu road from T-junction at Rumu Agholu axis to the east-west road junction at the express has no water outlet for drainage system. Back in 2015 when this road was rehabilitated, in the face of this anomaly in construction, the community were busy hailing the Governor as Mr Project without asking for where will the runoff emptied into? 1 Like |

LibertyRep: I see these kinds of submission a lot on naira land with a lot of accompanying likes, which sums up the fact that this forum has a lot of ignorant folks. How much is the budget of all these states combined.. I will tell you that it is probably less that a borough in NY for example, NY police department lasan has a budget of 6B USD, These states combined I am certain do not have that capacity, you will know Nigeria is a poor country when you compare what we spend vis-a-vis the people we spend it for.. That's already a bad situation but then politicians would still now steal from what is not even adequate in the first place, forget all the hype about the billions of Naira, In real monetary value.. That money isn't just sufficient to begin with. |
