So you believe all these edited, twisted story that the killers were masked men

My friend's family and their convoy escaped similar attack on that same route around Benin expressway 7 days ago.

In their case, the Fulani terrorists weren't wearing any mask; the lanky light skin Fulani guy was in the middle of the road shooting sporadically at all vehicles approaching, but he didn't know they had 2 Mopol escort who immediately responded by firing directly at him, and he ran back into the bush.

If they didn't had the Mopol escort, it would have been another sad news that day. They recorded the live video of the event, and many other security men; Mopol arrived and all of them were attesting in the video that Fulani herdsmen have taken over Benin-Ore-Ijebu-Ode expressway up to Benin Byepass.

So stop listening to your crooked politicians trying not to hurt their strained relationship with the terrorist at Aso Rock.

Fulanis perpetrating all these evil in Nigeria seem not to be from Nigeria, but they are working in tandem with Nigerian Fulani groups.

Nigerians should continue listening to politicians. I am sure this woman once believed the lies of Yoruba politicians that Yoruba roads and land is secured, that nobody can dare invade Yoruba land, but today she has paid the huge price.

All Nigerians must come together to fight this monster Buhari's government has brought upon Nigerians.

In a saner nation Buhari ought to have resigned as Nigerians will shutdown the whole country with protest.

See what is happening in Hong Kong now, is it close to what is happening in Nigeria and they have shutdown the country demanding for change.

How can Nigerians be awake and allow Fulani herdsmen from Chad, Niger, Burkina-Faso, CAR, etc to overrun their country killing Nigerians like fowls angry

There was a video being circulated on whatsapp last week, what is happening to our country?

This is very bad. But the worst is the section of the who were busy reporting that the lady was killed by the Fulani herdsmen as if they were at the incident scene. The aim was only to instigate hatred against a particular tribe. From the statement of the driver, those would probably be armed rubbers or kidnappers. And I will not be surprised that one of those in the entourage masterminded the crime. So it's disturbing how people rushed to report about the people who did it as if they have information that we don't have.
FFK and Reno are trying so hard to divide this country by spreading fear and hate, God will reward them. By politicising and blaming herdsmen for every robbery or kidnapping you are only aiding and abetting the real perpetrators as the searchlight won't be on them.

no body cares what happen between SW and the north, SW dont even have the guts to go war if it results that way...

so just focus on the killer of ur kin thats ur real enemy
Na so SW matter pain you reach?

It is sad you lot have no history. You are too dumb with your attempts at manipulating the SW with your inciting words. Go to your hamlets in your muddy region with your mumu words of wisdom. No wonder Ohaneze said you are the most stupid tribe in the world.

Leave SW to its problems, mr advisor, we are not rash, senseless, immature, petty and emotional like your people. Go solve your own problems before coming to develop and protect other peoples' homes.

Sense is far from u. Why are Nigerian masses so gullible. Use your tongue and count your teeth. I dont know when Nigerian youths of this generation will be man enough to resist manipulation by some elements in power. When Olu Falae was kidnapped in d same geographical region, it was masked gunmen until the truth came out that it was Fulani herdsmen. Be consoling yourself while Fulani herdsmen under the disguise of masked gunmen and armed robbers continue to have a field day wiping out your ethnic group. Am sure its the Igbos that killed her in your own reasoning, ONUKWU!!

So because the last kidnapping was affiliated to Fulani herdsmen this current attack is carried out by them? You're the one that needs sense. If it turns out to be them fine they should face the law. but don't jump into conclusion an innocent Fulani Man might die in the hands of anger mob you might even be in their mist at that time you never can tell until we know the perils of what fake or media trial is we won't stop. Some countries have very strict rule on it.

Yes you are right. Northern politicians are envious of the peace and development in Southern Nigeria, especially in Lagos. They want to import their northern madness to Southern Nigeria using Fulani terrorists from Chad, Niger, Burkina-Faso, Somali, etc disguised as herdsmen.

These are not ordinary herdsmen, they are terrorists trying so hard to militarize Southern Nigeria and turn it into another insecure zone like Northeastern Nigeria.

Southern Nigerians should wake up, its not just about Yorubas or killing of Afenifere leader's daughter, it is coming to the whole Southern Nigeria.

Fulanis are known for killing and destruction. They hate development.

Check all countries where they are found, no development, no progress, you only hear killings and killings and reprisal attack, they hate peace and progress not just in Nigeria alone, all over Africa where they are found its the same evil they go about with.

Las Las, when everybody get sense, we would all pick up whatever available weapon and beat anyone with Fula looks to death...and let the implosion commence.
Self defence is no crime.

Mr war monger, did you read anywhere in the eye witness account that the killers are herdsmen? Are you saying that the eye witness may not recognize herdsmen when he sees them? Have you ever read of herdsmen using masks? Armed robbers cannot be same as herdsmen.

Even if the robbers are Hausa/Fulani, that does not make them herdsmen. Herdsmen are Fulanis that move their cows from place to place. Are you saying that herdsmen left their cows and started doing armed robbery? Igbos are majorly armed robbers and kidnappers not Hausa/Fulani. Very very soon, our Starboy and Super Cop DCP Abba Kyari will fish out the Armed robbers and you shall all be shamed.

President Muhammadu Buhari on Saturday was said to have telephoned the bereaved National Leader of Afenifere Pa Reuben Fasoranti whose second daughter was shot dead by suspected armed kidnappers on Friday afternoon along Benin-Ore-Ijebu ode road.

This is just the Afenifere leader, Pa Reuben Fasoranti, revealed that it never occurred to him that the late Funke Olakunrin came to him on Friday morning to bid farewell.

The 58-year old daughter of Pa Fasoranti was murdered by gunmen on Friday afternoon along Ore-Ijebu ode expressway.

The Nonagenarian urged President Buhari to find lasting solutions to incessant killings in the country.

Fasoranti, who spoke while receiving dignitaries who came to his Akure residence on Saturday to sympathize with him, said the had received call from President Buhari.

The 94-year old said: “She came to me around 9 am on Friday to bid me farewell. I never thought I would not see her again.

He confirmed that, “President Muhammadu Buhari has called to commiserate with me. But all I need from the president is to find solutions to these killings in the country.”

DRIVER RECOUNTS HOW DAUGHTER OF AFENIFERE’S LEADER WAS KILLED

Sympathizers have begun to throng the residence of National leader of Afenifere, Rueben Fasoranti to commiserate with him over the killing of his second daughter, Olufunke Olakunrin Olufunke who was killed by unknown gunmen along Ore expressway Friday.

Family members also gathered to discuss the killing of Olufunke.

The driver of the deceased, Tayo Ogundare while narrating the incident said some masked men came out from the bush to attack their vehicle.

He added that they shot their vehicle on the expressway just after the Ore toll gate. He said his boss died at the hospital due to gun shot injuries.

“We had a stop over to by soft drinks at Ore. We were attacked Ore toll gate by some masked men who emerged from the bush.

“At this point, madam asked me to reverse which I did.

“They started shooting at us and other vehicles.

I believe this was a random attack and not targeted.
It was quite unfortunate that she had to die.

I believe if they were actually on a mission to kill her they'd have made sure she did die in the vehicle and not the hospital.

This is a very sensitive issue that we Nigerians due to the rate at which our plights are ignored by the senseless government of this nation. I mean the whole government not the president specifically.
We are to quick to point fingers therefore blinding us from the truth that if we could just search around we would see.

At second thought if the driver saw the shooters he should be able to describe the events, and then a profiler could determine the situation involved.
We don't even have profilers in our security agencies.

This Fulani heardsmen crisis is terrible but I believe the yorubas should not take matters into their hands till it is proven beyond quo'n that they were actualyll Fulani heardsmen.

I rest my case.

Just reason I don't support anyone. Just use your brains very well we're still in this mess we're today in this country because of Hate for one another.

If the killers turns out to be Fulani herdsmen fine let them be killed but I don't support judgement before the investigation it's destroying so many things it can lead to death any innocent Fulani man that might be killed by an angry Yoruba mob you might be their mist at that moment you never know where you might find yourself.

Thank you sir. You mind that one?
To buttress your point, insecurity in the country yes no doubt about it. But must we take every killings now to be from herdsmen? Oh common. In 2006, I was a victim on that same route while travelling to Onisha, just few kilometres to Ore, these set of armed robbers about four or five, all in black with face mask also in black started shooting at every vehicles but escaped death by a whisked.

Masked men shot at their car and several other vehicles.

How on earth they concluded it was fulani herdsmen is beyond me.

Except of course there's no longer career criminals in Nigeria, there's only herdsmen.

So sad, may her soul rest in peace.

However from the eye witness account of her driver, there was nothing to even suggest that the attack was done by any Fulani herdsmen.

It makes any thinker wonder if we just started having masked armed robbers on our highways. Did they all suddenly repent at once? Or did they go on holiday? Let us use our brains for goodness sake.

We should be careful in labeling every killing in the south to herdsmen because not only does it mean we cannot find the true killers as we are pointing in the wrong direction, but we are also dancing to the tune of enemies of this country who seem to want a war between Yoruba and the North for their selfish and wicked interests.
If you are Yoruba, gird your loins. Fulanis of Nigeria extraction have recruited millions of fulanis from other countries and they have encompassed the country battle ready!

The Sahara is greatly encoaching and global warming is doing it's best to worsen the situation and these herders must perpetrate their trades which is cattle rearing.

These herdsmen love their cows even more than their own children. That's their life. That's the way it is. Kill any of their children and they would dismiss it as the will of Allah, but touch one of their cattles and you and your entire family will be history!

RUGA has failed, now they will activate plan b.

You are going to be so slaughtered you would either beg for RUGA or be forced to defend yourself.
