Even if NASS passed the law we all know Buhari would veto it. I dont think NASS has overridden one veto yet. The other solution is allowing beef and pork imports with reasonable tariff. 7 Likes 1 Share |

See your head,if you don't like herdsmen in the South East why are there so many southerners in the north? For your information there are more Igbo people in the north than Fulani or Hausa people in the South East. Check the facts before you open your smelly mouth. 13 Likes 4 Shares |

“The Federal Government should abolish the movement of herdsmen from the Northern part to the Southern part of Nigeria because that creates a lot of problems and the only way to do it is the RUGA issue. The statement can be misconstrued in so many ways, well whatever settlement he is talking about, hope it stays up North same way he asked for abolishing movement of herdsmen from North to South.. You can truck your meat to the south for sales or ranch the cows in known supervised private ranches. 22 Likes 2 Shares |

He doen't actually make sense as many assumed but he's only cunninly trying to re-introduced the Ruga issue. If not,why not ranching? 37 Likes 1 Share |

Nairaland filled with a lot of persons who after reading caption rush to commenting without reading d writeup all for d frenzy of first to comment. Gandollar was actually pushing for RUGA and u are hailing him. While we all agree d movt from North to South need a ban Gandollar inner mindset was laid bare once he opined RUGA as not just d way out but in his words d only way to do it. U all early commentators should as a matter of duty go back and modify ur comments. 56 Likes 3 Shares |

I don’t think you guys got the manipulation in his statement. He said Herdsmen should not be moving cattle from North to South, but he did not say that herdsmen should not rear cattle’s in the south. He ended the statement with the need to build Ruga - this by implication and summary is; he wants government to seize lands in all 36 states to build Ruga for his people, and he suggested that cows will not be roaming between the regions. 20 Likes 1 Share |

I agree with Ganduje. This man is a true Nigerian. Remember during the Kaduna Declaration drama this man was the first of Northern Governors to break silence and say Ibos in Kano are residents with rights and must not be expelled. Unfortunately Ibos ridicule and spin hatred against him online. Now he is advocating ranching and ruga settlement in North. Give it to Ganduje! 13 Likes 1 Share

Ekpeitit: Dude I dont follow your logic if youre talking about Ganduje. He didn't say fulani can't live in South. How can he hate them then offer land to settle them. Other states have either rejected initiative since it's voluntary. FG cant sieze land anyway. He just said transport the goods differently. You know there're these things called refrigerated trucks that are used to transport perishable food items. It's better for them long term anyway you slice it. 6 Likes |

daddytime: Which sense? Can't you see he's just pretending to have sense? Don't forget he still mentioned RUGA. This bolded statement obviously prove the fact that majority of the Fulani herdsmen causing this menace are foreigners being allowed free entrance into our country through our borders by our Fulani minded government all in the quest for ethnic dominance "This settlement is a must and to us in Kano state, it’s a task that must be done, because we must improve the quality of lives of the herdsmen so that they become full Nigerians and behave like any other good Nigerian." If not, are the Nigerian Fulanis which we know not Nigerians? Why would he say "so that they can become full Nigerians" if they truly were? I would advise every other region in the country not to let down their guard because it's obvious Buhari and his Fulani brothers have a masterminded plot to have Nigeria conquered. They say, "a word is enough for the wise," but I say, "even a gesture is enough for the wise." 21 Likes 1 Share |

Still confirming that foreign fulanis have joined the ones in Nigeria today. They should also leave the middle belt too.Meanwhile, I guess they are all getting sense now and these guys are not up to something? 9 Likes 2 Shares |

From the way things are unfolding Nigeria could be burning soon. We made a wrong choice of leader and was never a good choice, the current crop of leaders clearly have no plans for the country. 4 Likes |
