stanliwise:Precisely! And the IDI*T still went ahead and gleefully played into the traps set for him; while you ins*ne cret*ns egged him on. Now the chicken has come to roost, you guys have turned into armchair public policy experts; and left him to his own device. And funny enough you have the nerve to cut back on people like myself who saw this from a mile away and advised him to choose the courts over social media. Now that you guys have had your gossip and had your daily dose of faux outrage, how many of you would protest at the Force HQ for the manner in which he was invited for questioning. I'm willing to bet on a big fat ZERO. -Lord |

pope191:Y did u hide my comment and decide to quote me blank? Do u have something you are hiding? Is dis how u will defend Dakolo? One advice to u, never take anybody matter personal and always leave room for reasonable doubt until proven otherwise. U dont know wat happened between Busola and Biodun. U were not there. |

Poanan:Do you know the meaning of Ninglish?! How old are you? How did you go from Timi and Biodun to typing three long lines entirely comprising of ad hominem attacks. Damn, and Timi probably thinks normal people who can push levers have his back. Not knowing it's a bunch of nobodies and insincere somebodies who simply are reacting a certain way because it's cool to do so. You guys are terrible tw*ts! If it was an unsubstantiated allegation, you guys would be fuming. Now that the police is involved, to thy tent O Israel. Radio silence on social media from the celebrities who were earlier on falling over each other on who had the meanest outrage. -Lord |

seriously, brother timi don dey fear. The pastor is even nice....this is a matter of "you did it" "i didn't". And when the case gets to court, you don't really have an evidence except the one your wife told you and her sisters as witnesses. sisters who weren't present when the alleged rape occured but based on what she 'confessed' made them emergency witnesses. THE CASE WOULD BE RULED OUT OF COURT FOR SURE, because you have no substaintial evidence. JUST then,if i were the one,i would now sue you for 'false accusation' and 'image slandering' and that's when you would know what hit you. ![]() BUT AS PASTORS HE PREACHES FORGIVENESS AND THEN, HE MUST ACT FORGIVENESS. |

whytediamond:Justice must prevail.....It will stop people like fatoyinbo from doing that in the future. Thiz rubbish must stop in Nigeria, the common man deserves justice irrespective of his background, religion, tribe etc You stand against rape yet you don't want those that want to fight against it go all the way.....That's discouraging |

greggng:Yes, this case is different. In the former, a video was an evidence of the presence of assault. Although a video could be doctored, the accused, or perpetrator of crime (the senator) owned up to the crime by making a public apology. This means he already accepted that he committed the crime and the video was not doctored. In other words, this was not an allegation, it was a fact! Therefore, there is no need for investigation; the police could go straight to charging him to court as a criminal. In the Dakolo case, on the other hand, what is present is only a public allegation; there is no proof as of yet. In addition, the accused, the pastor, has publicly denied the allegation. Considering there is no evidence yet and only a presence of an allegation, the highest the police could start with is an investigation. In addition, due to the nature of the allegation and the channel it was sent to (the public), the police could not simply start arresting anyone. The parties involved would have to first invite the police into the matter. In this case, we have not heard that Timi Dakolo or wife reported to the police, it was the accused, the pastor, who reported. And the only thing the police could do is to invite the other party, since one party has reported. And this is what they have done. They have visited the house to deliver a letter. If the Dakolo family had reported the pastor to the police, the police would have equally visited the pastor's house to deliver the letter in the same way. greggng:No, the police could not just jump into the matter if neither of the party involved invites them. This is because what is on ground is, at present, a mere allegation. The accuser needs to either report to the police that something was done to her, or the accused reports to the police that someone false accused him. If neither party takes an action, the case would be left in the court of public opinion, the police wouldn't just get involved if not invited. greggng:I hope I answered your question. greggng:Now, this is you being judgmental even before the law takes it course. |

1StopRudeness:Coza can’t win this there are numerous allegations not yet even mentioned against this man. Why only him several people. As for me I know he did it I’m just waiting for him to to explain his side and let’s get the ball roling. There’s no intimidation or slander here if not why did he step down? I can never step down for what I know I did not do. Why did he step down? I will take it up immediately not playing the silent game. He shud own up and seek repentance and restitution and restoration bt he doesn’t want to learn. |
