This is not the right move...the dude needs to simmer down and lay low for some time....Any thing else will be uncivilized...

Like seriously? Someone went on social media to make allegations that has damaged the reputation that a man took several years to build (he is now being termed a rapist) and you suggest he should lie low?
I wouldn't do that. My accuser would definitely have her day in court to prove the allegations she made against me.

Aisha Buhari should understand that there is a great difference between rape victim and rape claimant?

Besides, it is not out of place for the police on the request of the accused to demand that the rape claimant jusitifes her accusations before she can be officially awarded the title of victim.
And justice meted out deservingly.

I am also confined to construe this attention to the IG of Police as an act of using office as a tool for obstruction of justice.
This is no case of intimidation but that of elucidation of misrepresented facts.

The Dakolos have just gotten the best opportunity to come out with their facts, I expected them to embrace it and defend their claims.
This is more than shouting #NotInMyChurch, #MeToo or floating a money-funnel NGO.

This is about setting the facts clear.
They need not call Segalink or RuggedMan when next a strange car comes near their dirty house unless they're confirming what the bible says about the wicked who run when no one is chasing.

Well, what do I even know?

Seems paid agents have taken over this case on social media otherwise how does one justify delivering a letter to a supposed victim fully armed.
watch the video very well or check the pictures again and circle where you see armed policemen except those he invited on his own.

God will bless you. Let her be careful, who made her judge and jury. Let the Dakolos prove their case, every one is entitled to a fair hearing even the accused. Statements do not automatically become facts because of who said it. Rape should not be condoned, so also should we protect the rights of every citizen from the hands of a false withness via proper investigation and prosecution. There should be no sacred cows!!!

exactly, I don't know either of them but the truth is that he who alledge must substantiate
The moral lesson is that you must have concrete evidence before alledging anybody of wrong doing. I like this particular case at least it will help our jurisdiction on what is rape and whether it's time bound and other interesting legal aspects .

He did not Rape or Assault her ,this is just a simple case of unrequited love . She was obsessed with him in her youth and it resulted in them having sex they probably dated behind her parents back doing the do whenever her parents were out then as time went by he said he is nolonger interested probably wanted to focus on his ministry. Broke her heart and moved on while she never moved on. From what I am seeing if this guy came to her again this very day she will spread her legs like banana peels.
So now the only person being deceived is Timi dakolo I just pity the guy this lady is just using him to get back at her crush.
Come on she never even reported to her parents even once.... If the guy truly raped her which I highly doubt , which I don't even believe then he must have been one of the most desperate men in his youth to force a girl in her own home when other people her there and to be doing it repeatedly shocked when you read that statement again don't read it as a man or a woman just read it as a plain human being then you will start to notice that this is just a case of love gone south

I have discovered that on NLand, people submit comments to get more Likes instead of writing for the truth.. .. why come to a family man with police men fully armed in mufty, not even uniforms... .how many of you will keep quiet over such invasion? Especially in This media age...had anything happened to the Dakolo's the same people on NLand will blame him for not raising alarm....what is wrong wlith raising alarm over gun men around your house...knowing fully well you are upa against a former cultist...

If Busola had reported this case earlier, do you know her chances of getting a husband would be very slim. .. how many of you guys can marry any of the released bokoharam girls?? ?.. . I know all of you won't... Timi might divorce Busola who knows. ..because the average Nigerian man can not stand the psyche that someone has slept with their wife talk less of rape.. . BE REAL

Nigerians are watching u, Fato. U and your COZA gang.
U can saturate social media with coza and your paid operatives, but real Nigerians are watching u.

Here are some things people are saying:

“Sending a truck load of well armed policemen to invite a woman who claimed she was raped is just so very wrong. It says to the woman that the police is working for the accused, otherwise a couple of officers could have stopped by her house to deliver the letter in a none threatening way“

“A civil case local to Lagos that should be answered in a nearby police station in Lagos. How did it become a federal criminal case with lurking armed policemen from the IGP from Abuja suveiling a private citizen’s home and intimidating him to sign a paper to appear in Abuja”
most Nigerians are senseless.. So everything that happens to the dakolos is coming from Coza? So concluding without evidence, investigation or trial just by hearsay is not intimidation.?

In Nigeria, police invitation comes with guns. If you're not cool with that, go to Soweto.

I just don't get it, in sane climes you only get invited via letter usually sent by normal postal service, until our leaders start doing the right thing then we can start having a working society, now the lives of the officer's are also at risk?!!!!! Send the letter via post and this way no one knows who sent it... Nigeria is truly a joke.
