Get a good earphone if ur current earphone is slowing u down. If u can get a headset with Active Noise Cancellation that would be even better (costs more though).

I make use of a Samsung AKG earpiece, but I intend to get an headset with ANC very soon.

How much is this AKG earpiece and where can I get original one?

I'm on a call whereby someone is talking to a REP. He's trying to transfer a customer to the Rep. Now my question is, is that person also a REP? How do i label their conversation?

Example : TED(the main REP) , JAY(the person who's talking with TED about SAM) , SAM(the customer).

I heard the original Samsung AKG earpiece cost around 4k or so.

Punctuate as if u were writing a note with pen. Any where there is supposed to be fullstop u put it. Anywhere there is supposed to be comma, u put it. The only punctuation not allowed is exclamation (!)

My very first result was 5. I wasn't even seriously with it.

When I went to recheck I saw some errors.

Now they won't let me rest with 3 and 2

Major issues are sentence structure, punctuation and misheard words.

For some parts were I'm not sure of what I heard I fill in what I believe fits the sentence.

It's better to use laptop sha because u will be faster. The only issue with laptop is power...

Have u tried reading more on punctuation and sentence structure. I had to read more on it in order to get better. It's quite frustrating to be getting 2 ratings because of punctuation and sentence structure.
