Happy Sunday everyone. Kindly help confirm under what placeholder the deed of gift will be. Is it the proof of funds part or would it come under additional client information? Thank you

There is nothing like family of one, rather single applicant.

Husband + wife = family of 2
Husband+wife+1 child = family of 3
" '+ " +2children =family of 4

Under "Proof of funds" - you'll have to combine it with other docs like Bank Reference letter, evidence of funds transfer and statement of account.

Hello house, please with regards to getting pcc for a spouse that lived a fews years in another country..what are the steps to follow in getting it and is everything done online. i have read page 1 thoroughly but nothing much was said about it.
2.Is the application for d pcc to be done before getting an ITA or after with regards to the time frame what if the country delay. i wish to know every detail before starting this Canny process.

Each country has its own process for obtaining the PC. You have to check. Some do it online, some in person. Read the CIC website. It has a list of nations and their respective police websites. You can get it before you receive your ITA but again, you can read the CIC website

Thanks, this is why personal research is the best for this journey. You're on point with ICES timeline.

But how can WES be 7 weeks? You mean for Nigerian certificates? The official WES timeline is 35 business days. I believe NL readers includes both those who have degrees abroad and in Naija. Any delay post-verification for Nigerian universities is dependent on the speed of the school, not WES.

The official CES timeline is 12 weeks as at today

cc @Cpro

Ps, for those considering ECA, check the official websites directly and compare, the timeline information changes regularly. The horse's mouth is always the best.

It's why I indicated "the last tme I checked" , those timelines change frequently.
ECA for foreign degrees are usually faster than Naija own.

Happy Sunday Gurus

1. One of my previous place of work where I worked for 5 years has folded up. Please how do I go about getting point for this experience?

2. Will IRCC still send mail to employers to verify work experience despite sending a stamped reference letter and payslip issued by the employer?

3. What is best way to go for POF, TB or gift deed? If TB, does it mean I have to wait for 3 or 6 months that it'll mature before I can submit ITA?

Thanks.

Good evening house, please can someone explain to me how to do Express entry via PNP route. My cousin has applied for EE for over 6 months now and his CRS. I have been trying to find a province that his NOC is in demand, so he can get nominated by the province but I seem not to be able to find any that could nominate him from the EE pool. NOC is 1243

Congratulations! However, I am willing to bet you didn't write your IELTS in Nigeria. If you had written it here, you would have had 997.56 just so they can get another £170 from you. Correct me if I'm wrong and you actually wrote it in Nigeria.

Haba, Coco!

You, of all people, shouldn't be engaging in this sort of talk naaa.

Every test should be approached like a game - know what is required and give same, nothing less and in most cases, nothing more. In my case, I only watched Jay from E2's video just before the exam and was only able to remember a trick or two - use complex sentences, replace overused words with synonyms, and keep within word limit (+50, max).

My approach is certainly not optimal for someone who is assessed to be below average in writing. Nevertheless, for anyone who puts in the time and hard work in daily/weekly practices, they will reap decent results (7, minimum). There's been lots of testimonies on this thread to buttress my point.

Congrats. As regards the bolded sentence, for anyone with faults in their writing, I wouldn’t tell them they weren’t good enough if it is very close to their exams and I don’t have time to do a proper review with them, so I don’t discourage or dishearten them. But I am glad you passed in your subsequent attempt. All the best.

Hello @johnnybravo1990...please how does one join your writing class? Please save a brother from IELTS

Like we all know, Canada na "Pay as you go grin" so man has really been trying to integrate. But rest assured, in my own little way with my indefatigable co-tutors, we continuing with our IELTS gospel and thank God that for every IELTS results released, we do have sizeable numbers of our TAKERS crossing the greatest hurdle & making the cut.

If anyone is still in doubt whether this journey is worth fighting for, I bet you it's gonna be a decision you will never ever regret if you hang on till the end. In fact, your offspring will be 4ever indebted to you.

The money has to be in your account till you get PPR because you could be asked to get an updated bank statement.

Lexsuave:
Good evening house. It's such an honor to be here actually.
Is their a time frame the money has to be in the account?
P:S - the applicant still has a chance of generating the stated amount in some weeks time.
